Gray promised two days and two days it was. His men came installed, cleaned up, and did not damage a thing. They had challenges in removing two of our special sized old aluminum windows. They did it like a breeze. They even vacuumed every nook and corner and left no trails. They were patient, quiet, and polite. I am running out of good things to say. But don't think twice. Just hire them.

Gary was responsive and helpful. This quote was the lowest of the 4 that we sought out, but the quality seemed comparable. The team that came out was punctual and neat. The slider and window look great and help with climate control and sound. Being in SoCal, keeping out extreme cold and extreme heat isn't much of an issue. The slider and window are a huge improvement from what we had before. The only thing I would upgrade would be the trim/casing that goes on the wall around the slider itself. It looks good but is very simple. Would hire again.

It went very smoothly from estimate to installation. Gary arrived as scheduled and provided a timely estimate. He was patient and explained everything clearly. His team is friendly, efficient and professional. The new windows are beautiful and are easy to operate.

Gary was very knowledgeable in advising us on the right types of windows and gave us a great price for the project. Especially important was that he was aware of local regulations so we could pass city inspection. Installation went smoothly and the new windows looks great! Will use again.

The whole process went smoothly. There were no hiccups in the whole project. Gary (the owner) was very knowledgeable and helpful in the planning and estimation process. The window installers (Randy, Carlos, and Anthony) were prompt, professional, and friendly. They completed the job in 1.5 days as proposed, and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The installers in particular were very nice and personable people. I am very handy and could have done this work myself, but I can tell you they did a nicer job than I would have been able to do - which you expect a contractor to be able to a better job than a weekend warrior. They are skilled in their craft!

I'm really happy with the service Gary provided, including dealing with my HOA's requirements and the City permit. The installation crew were very thorough, cleaned up and moved furniture back where they found it. The windows look and function great!

Fantastic! Estimated 2 full days for the project and they were done in about 1-1/2 days. On time, very polite crew and neat. Amazed how quickly it went. I wanted some of the windows to be a different size which he was able to do (it cost me a little more but I got exactly what I wanted). He even helped by recommending a contractor that would perform some drywall and stucco work (due to change in window size per my request). Super impressed by all of the employees. Competitive pricing. He/they were not condescending. Being a woman I have encountered this on more than 1 occasion; appreciate the respect. Work neat, windows sparkled and even got a follow up call. Will be using again soon for more work

incredible effort to win over the customer. incredible quality , they were also clean. my particular job was problematic but they bit the bullet and went way overtime to finish my job within the day. I can't thank t hem enough to help us begin to move back in with the monster one day job as well as helping to move us a few days earlier. Gary the owner is very detail oriented and responsive to inquiries. I like how fast and straightforward he is. the caulking was done beautifully and blended into the window sill. the quality of the window chosen by his company is also very sturdy and beautiful. I like its thick white framing - it gives new character to an existing space. you can find some places out there that will do "18 windows for 1000 bux" and I think those places are about quantity and not quality. for something that protects against water damage, perhaps spend it on a trusted source - Gary and his team. I will definitely recommend their work to all my friends and family.

We need to replace sliding windows on our (aluminum) sunroom with plain glass that doesn't open. While it turns out Metropolitan doesn't handle what we needed, Gary shared some helpful info and pointers, and tried to be of help with a referral for us. We truly appreciated his time and effort rather than simply saying, "Sorry, we can't help with that. Good luck." He was professional, seemed very knowledgeable about windows, and has a great "of service" attitude that no doubt would have given us great results had we been able to hire him for the job. When it comes time to replace our double-pane house windows, we will definitely consider Metropolitan for the job.

Amazing service as well as the windows this company was very easy to work with never was confused. They installed 4 windows for us at a great price and they did a very good job cleaning up for themselves. Have nothing to complain about in fact I will recommend them to family and friends.

FIRST RATE job from start to finish. Very professional and easy to work with. Took care to protect floors and carpet, cleaned up everything when finished, and disposed of old windows. New windows and slider look AMAZING!!!
