Price was right where it should be on first quote. No haggling, no "special deals" or "today only" |We are very happy with the customer service and also with the installers. Very professional from start to finish. |We will be having the front of the house done later this year. Obviously will be using them again and will continue to refer them.

Description of Work: I bought the 7 window deal for my cottage in the hills. I added $800 for the double hung feature (a necessity with a 100lb dog). They did a great job and I would call them again or reco them anyday!

Description of Work: Replaced an old sliding patio door with a double-pane sliding patio door. Metropolitan Windows came out, measured, showed me sample materials and explained the process. I used a "deal" this provider was offering and saved $250. From the time I placed the order until the time the door was installed was about 2-1/2 weeks. About a week after installation, I noticed a "blemish" between the glass panes and the inside sliding door handle was scratched up. I called Metropolitan Windows and within a couple of days the manufacturer called, confirmed my issues with the door and said he would call when a new door was ready for install. Got the call the other day and the replacement will be installed this next week. |I definitely am pleased with Metropolitan Windows, the product, and the service I have received. As I am able, I will be replacing the windows in my house and I will call Metropolitan Windows for these jobs.

Description of Work: Everything was very well done except for the fact that on one window they told me that the window coverings would not fit after the work. My handyman came out and fixed it easily.

Description of Work: We had five 1990 single-paned, aluminum windows replaced with beautiful, top of the line double-paned, tinted, bronze framed exterior, Anlin vinyl windows. They look beautiful! We noticed the sound reduction immediately as well as less dust, etc. Fantastic job and we are considering also replacing more windows with them as well.
