Gary came out to provide an estimate and was very nice and knowledgeable. Within three weeks of me deciding to use them they came out and performed the work in a day. They worked very quickly and the quality of the installation job itself was very high. The patio door install required removing an old traditional door, a metal screen door, and an 8-lite fixed window on each side of the doors, then installing one glass sliding door in their place. The demolition was labor intensive and I had some doubts it would turn out alright. By the time they were finished it looked so good I could not be more happy with the results. The windows look great too and my home has an entirely new look that far exceeds what my expectations were prior to starting the job. Very satisfied.

After the measurements were taken, Metropolitan called within 10 days and scheduled a time to install the door and windows. The installation took several hours, was done in a very professional manor. The windows and door looks great and is of very good quality.

I had made a change to one of the windows and they are coming back out to complete the final job. They are a good company and have done a very good job. Gary, who came out to measure the windows, was very professional. The installers, one of them named Perry, were fast and really knew what they were doing. They went right to work and it appeared that they have a lot of experience. They did a good job.

They were excellent! They did provide an extra window at a small extra cost. We were pleased with their work!

The installers arrived on time and were very professional and worked efficiently. They cleaned the windows and cleaned up all debris when the job was finished. They did an excellent job and the windows look great. We notice the house is much warmer now. They met all our expectations and more.

Everything went fairly well, until I pointed out two areas where the spray-on insulation hadn't covered everything. I could see daylight through the gaps. When I pointed this out, I was told that it was an expanding spray, which I believe, because I use it myself. I told them that it wasn't going to expand to cover a one-inch gap. Eventually, one of the other workers went back and re-sprayed the gaps. I'd imagine they'd have installed the decorative covers with the open gap if I hadn't caught it. When it came time to sign for the work, I felt as if they were both waiting for a tip. I tip for excellent service, not work I have to keep my eye on.

Overall, I was very pleased with this purchase, with one exception. The salesman was very friendly and responsive to my inital call and setting up an appointment to discuss what we wanted, considering he said that there was a lot of traffic generated from the Angie's List offer. The installation guys were AWESOME - on time, pleasant and super efficient. The windows looks great and I couldn't be happier with the price at which we got them. My one hang up was this - we looked at the samples provided to pick a bathroom window with a pattern we liked. The salesman did tell us it might not be available and it would cost more. We were fine with both of these and chose a second pattern. We did not get either. When I called just before our installation to check on this, I was told that the installers would be bringing the standard, pebble-opaque window and if we wanted to change it we could at not charge for installtion, just the price of the another different type of pane. We haven't as of yet, because really in our busy lives we wanted the project to be completed on the day of installation. If we do decide to change it, I will let you know how it goes. I get that he might have been super busy, but it's not the way I do my job; I expected more professionalism.

Guy come to take measurements, the windows where installed 3 weeks later, and within 3:00 hours. Kick and clean.

I didn't have any problems with Metropolitan Home Improvement and I do intend to get some more work done by them. Their price seemed to be very good in comparison to the competitors.

They guys were very clean and provided great service. They did a good job. They came by after the job was finished and added splashing to the doors to match the windows. I am very happy with the windows.

It turned out very well. The owner, Gary, was very accommodating. He promptly came out in the evening to meet with us and show us his product line. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the product and his flexibility to meet with us at a later hour. Their price was very good. The crew that he had come out worked very well together. They didn't waste any time and they knew exactly what they needed to do. I was impressed with how fast they completed the installation. We am very pleased with their work.

Very happy. It is so much nicer to not feel every breeze anymore. I look foward to the summer when the tinted glass should keep our house cooler. My friend who had windows with someone else done last year was over and commented how clean the work was and how nice the windows are.

I got three quotes and Metropolitan was the best priced and referred by my neighboor, so I was cautiously optimistic when the day came to install my windows today. Perry, Mikey, and Frank (installation guys) were great. Nice guys. They were so patient with me and my questions at the end and even showed my husband some tricks on maintaining my windows. I swear Mikey spent 2 hours cleaning all the windows, I have never seen them so clean. Defintely recommend them.

THIS APPEARS TO BE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH COMPETENT EMPLOYEES AND WITH ONE SERIOUS EXCEPTION, A GOOD PRODUCT. THE SALES PRESENTATION WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THE INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS DONE ON TIME AND BY WELL TRAINED EMPLOYEE'S. THE PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WAS WITH THE SCREENS ON THEIR WINDOWS. THE MORNING FOLLOWING THE INSTALLATION I FOUND BOTH OF MY INDOOR CATS OUTSIDE! I COULDN'T IMAGINE HOW THEY GOT OUT UNTIL I LOOKED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN IN ONE OF THE SLIDING DOORS AND FOUND IT HAD BEEN PUSHED OUT LEAVING AN EASY EXIT. BEING VERY CONCERNED I ASKED THEM WHAT COULD BE DONE TO SECURE THE SCREENS AND FOUND THERE WAS NOTHING. IN ORDER TO HAVE THE RETRACTABLE SCREENS THEY MUST GIVE WAY AT THE BOTTOM. HAD I KNOWN THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THIS TYPE OF WINDOW. SINCE THE INSTALLATION I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THEIR SCREENS AND HAVE HAD TO PUT AN OLD SLIDING SCREEN AGAINST ONE WINDOW AND PROP IT UP WITH BRACES IN ORDER TO OPEN THE WINDOW FOR AIR. IT LOOKS TERRIBLE.

THEY OBTAINED ALL THE NECESSARY PERMITS. STATED THE WORK WOULD BE DONE IN THREE DAYS AND IT WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE USED THE COMPANY ON SEVERAL OCCASION. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. THE SALES TEAM AND THE INSTALLERS WERE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO INSTALL ALL THE WINDOWS AND ONE DAY TO INSTALL THE DOOR.
