Then he proceeded to do the work and without taking longer, everything was set up and installed! They finished the job as better as professional level and cleaned up afterwards, you wouldn't have known they had been there. I would greatly recommend the team! My gratitude Mesa Garage!

Technician replaced our spring, reset the tension, lubricated and inspected every mechanical part of our door. The spring broke and we weren’t able to move our door. I phoned them by 8 and the guy arrived at 10. He was courteous and professional. I will recommend him and will use him again. He also gave me a warranty for his work. So if I had any problem with his work, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him.

The garage door was jammed and we can’t open or close it. It was left in a half-open position. The technician was able to come after a few hours of my call and his service call was cheaper than others. He had to opportunity to sell a new door and new tracks but he didn’t. He was honest and he knows he could quickly fix the problem. He made some adjustments and then before I know it, the door was opening and closing properly.

We had a do it yourself garage opener repair gone awry. Called mesa garage doors. Informed them about our problem and they came out within a couple of hours to fix what we have started. Their technician clearly was disappointed with our work. Although, it wasn’t that serious, he reminded us not to fiddle with the opener if we don’t know how it works. You see, we made matters worse. Fortunately, he was still able to fix it on the same day. It was a pleasure to work with him because he was very knowledgeable and professional.

The garage door opener was making a horrible noise so we decided to replace it. Called these guys around 9 am and they were able to come on the same day and with a suitable opener. They quickly installed the door opener and made sure the hardware perfectly fits our garage door before they left. The installation was done in a shorter amount of time than I have thought and the door opener came with a warranty. Super pumped up with their service and I would be very happy to recommend them.

PERFECTLY! We received an estimate for this service way back in November, didn't get around to doing it until June. They honored the November estimate, arranged a date and time just two or three days after I called, sent design choices via email, answered questions via both email and phone, gave me a direct line to a contact at the company in case I had questions, and on the morning of installation gave me an exact time when the technician would arrive. Then the technician came. I am so sorry I can't remember his name. He was delightful, fast, quiet, friendly and clean. I couldn't believe he was carrying the panels for our new garage door from the street all the way back to the end of my driveway but he did all this by himself and assembled the door on site where the garage was. Everything was perfect and he even swept the inside of the garage before he left. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Capable, professional, friendly. And by the way I comparison-shopped this door at Home Depot, and Mesa was $200 or $300 less. I am so sorry I can't remember the name of our installer but everyone I dealt with at Mesa was terrific, including Ruben Ortiz who was my phone contact.

Great! The original estimator gave us a great price and the installer showed right on time, did great work, and took the time to explain everything to me. Very impressive. The new door looks and works really well.

The technician arrived on time and fixed my garage door opener exactly as quoted. To top off, the price was reasonable and the service was devoid of up selling!

They came out and adjusted the door however they told my husband that he needed lube and tune up along with the adjustment which only took 10 mins. My husband only agreed because he thought it was part of the service call. When they got done they informed me that it would be $149 because of the extra work. He only agreed to the extra work because he thought it was included in the call and we know that the door did not need anything extra because the garage door/ garage door opener is less than 5 months old.

We required a huge garage door repair service after I rear ended the garage, broke its panels and took it down of its tracks. Fortunately, they were significantly cheaper than the other garage door company. Moreover, the service was A+ from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite as well as he spent the rest of the afternoon fixing the huge damage I did.

We badly needed the repair because we have suffered enough. I had to hold the heavy garage door open so that my wife could drive the car out of our garage.
