A prompt quote was given by Mesa Garage and came up with schedule of the actual repair and restoration. A team was sent and progressively finished the job neatly. I was given full operational instructions and information regarding how to maintain the door and its operating mechanism. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: Garage door installed. That was ok. Then there were two problems with the garage door. Called for service two weeks in advance of appointment on 10-10-16. Given appointment time between 8-10 AM. 10:05 AM - when no one arrived I called Mesa. Initially spoke with 3 people who gave me the run around about what time the tech would arrive with the third person telling me that she will call me back with an estimated time of arrival. 1/2 hour later. I call back spoke with 2 people the last one a manager who stated for the first time I was not on the appointment list. Had to make another appointment. I wasted my whole day waiting for Mesa. It is great with taking your money but not good with following with shoddy installation.

I noticed that my belt-drive opener-house type doors were damaged. They able to finish the work neatly and orderly. With highly committed and polite team, I would definitely commend Mesa Garage to everyone!

Instead of looking at an expensive door replacement, the technician suggested a much cheaper repair that came together with a guarantee. The repair only cost me $80, which is way different than spending thousands on a new garage door.

+ -1 moreNot Good At All - prior to ordering this door I had another one installed - this time the sales person ordered the wrong door as it did not match in color or design after waiting 6 weeks for it and not having access to use the garage - now I have to wait another 6 weeks since Mesa messed this up - I also asked for a discount due to the wait, problems, and horrible customer service - the sales manager didnt ever take the time to return my call. they tried to put this back onto me as trying to say this is the door you wanted - I advised on the day of meeting with the sales person that I wanted the new door to match the other garage door that was installed about 6 months prior - the sales person's mistake not mine

They also checked the entire system. They checked the tracks – no problem. They checked the garage door opener – no problem. They checked gears – no problem. I called at 8.30a and they gave a service window between 10a and 1p on that day. My technician arrived, assessed the issue, provided an estimate and began with the repairs. An hour later, my garage door was working. The panels weren’t sagging. There was no unnecessary noise. Most of all, the garage door was working fine.

Mesa Garage Doors sales rep came a couple days later to check the garage and help me figure out a suitable replacement.
