Left Todd, who did our estimates, never got a call back. Worst customer service. There pricing are not as advertised are some case a lot more expensive. They will quote you discounted price $799, while almost everyone else is selling at $799 as a regular pricing. Some company works with Costco will give you 10% back thus making it less than 799. Another company on Angie's List has a specia for the same door for $699. Mesa garage company are basically your worst bet. Shop around, you be glad.

Description of Work: Thay fixed my garage door. My main frustration is the the person that came to do the repairs didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do and what price was to be charged. We worked it all out but I feel there should be some communication between the field tech and the main office in regards to what should be done and charged. I don't like when me as the customer has to repeat everything and show proof of payment on my side. The process felt very disjointed.

Description of Work: Replaced springs and rollers on two garage doors. Service technician did a good job.

Description of Work: Changed rollers on garaged door , |greased channel, and replaced broken spring.I was then |Advised that if I wanted the second spring replaced, as recommended, it would be an additional amount of $99.00.knowing this was advisable I paid the additional amt. After they left the problem started. The tension had not been fixed properly and the ending result the garage door opener was totally destroyed and a new opener had to be purchased. A restitution was requested and the company declined.

Description of Work: The company replaced the side door to the garage. A sales first arrived ed to give us an estimate, very professional and on time. A call was made as stated within a week to set up the installation date. When the day arrived the door ordered was incorrect, however, the company refunded partial cost of original door. The door brought to install was just as nice as our first choice, so we had them install same. All employees were friendly, professional and completed the job quickly and left no trace of them even being there! They also installed the door handle and dead bolt with no extra charge! I would definitely use this company again!
