They were there right on time and completed the installation in about 1 hour 45 minutes. Explained to me how it all worked

It was okay, it went good. Except, it broke about 6 months ago. The hinges broke, it was still under warranty so they came out and replaced everything for free. Other than that we like the door. It's quiet now and it's nice. We like it, the hinges just broke one day.

I went higher end. I got an almuminum garage door with faux wood grain finish. I asked about possible fading and the salesperson reassured me that the multi-layering process virtual gauranteed there would be no or minimal fading. I ordeed in March, it was installed in May. Installation went well The iron work decorations were not the ones I ordered, but probably look better, so that was fine. The big issue is now the doors is just years old and it looks terrible. The door has a bumpy texture to enhance the wood sensation. But the tops of all the ridges have lost their paint and are white. All except for the top panel is faded or white. It was so gorgeous in the beginning, and now it looks 10 years old. Neither Mesa Garage or the actual manufacturer C.H.I. have been helpful or can recommend anything to slow down or prevent the fading. Very disappoinnting. The rubber seals along the sides faded from brown to a strang army green within the first year. P.S. Do not opt for the 3 year service agreement which includes an "extended warranty". There is no extended warranty. The salesman advised me it covered fading of seals and door. It does not. It is really only a 3 year maintenance service, period.

all went well although they tried to exclude remotes (which were included) and installed a 1/2 horsepower motor rather than the 3/4 hp that was advertised

I got a phone call...no personal service, asked a few questions and then over the phone quoted a price high enough to replace my whole roof and paint the house. All for a 2 car garage door.

I called on Monday to set up an appointment for a brand new door, since ours is broken. The representative was very friendly, informative and the prices seemed great. We were given a 1-3pm window for Wednesday (today). At 3:30 I called to see why no one had showed up. I was put on hold for 7 minutes..The representative was very apologetic and friendly stating that she couldn't get ahold of the technician and they hadn't heard from him. I was not very happy considering we took off work to be here at the time. I let her know we had another company coming out a 4:30pm, and that we would not be using them. We were looking forward to using this company, since multiple neighbors had used them and were pleased. It's to bad

They Advertise service areas in Antelope Valley, they do not service the Antelope Valley . Angie's list needs to correct that.

Was done so quickly and effortlessly. I was so surprised how quickly everything came together. From the time they came out and gave me a price to when they put in the door, everything went like clockwork. Very professional. I love the look of my new door. I smile every time I drive up the driveway. Would highly recommend!

After more than a month, I received a call that the door quoted would not be feasable. The door would be to heavy. So the job was canceled. It took 2 months after several calls to get my depoit back.

The service went well. i gave them a C in responsiveness due to communication error on their part. I had the garage door replacement scheduled on a particular date and didnt find out they will not be performing the replacement till the day of when i had to call them and find out the date was pushed back another 4 days. I had to get off work for this but Judd and my rep did assist in compensating me right away for the error and were fantastic in rectifying the error. This showed customer service and how that means more than making a few $100. That will create a word of mouth and I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

I needed a quote for new motor. I called these guys and got one phone call and after that I left couple voice mail and never even got the call back. Looks like these guys do not care about the business.

They initially installed a new garage door for us and did a fantastic job. 10 months later they came to repair it. We were able to make an appointment right away and the serviceman was extremely nice and fixed it in no time! Great and honest. Would definitely use them again.

I have previously used MESA to replace a set of the front mounted tension springs, one of which broke. The technician was efficient, knowledge and friendly. Based on my past experience, I again called MESA on January 31, 2017, to fix the garage door opener, which would open the door without any problems, but in the closing mode, would move a few inches, or about several feet or go half way down the tract, stop and reverse its direction to open and have the motor mounted lights flash. The MESA technician checked the freedom of the door as he manually opened and closed it, checked the travel of the rack in both directions, and looked to see if both green LED lights were lit on the safety circuit. After completing these operations, he said I needed a new motor at a cost of either $499 for a chain drive or $599 for a belt drive Guardian system. I told him I would think about t. I then called Lift-Master customer support, explained my problem, and a technician walked me through the required corrective steps to fix the problem. It turns out the alignment of the sending and receiving units have to be perfectly aligned to get the maximum signal and it is not good enough that both green LED’s are lit. She told me to go out to the garage, follow her instructions and she would stay on the phone as I proceeded through the steps. She told me to get a ruler and measure the height from the floor and offset from the wall of the center of the lense on one unit and adjust the other lense center to the same dimensions. Finally, she told me to tighten all nuts very tight to prevent any movement due to vibrations which may occur during the opening and closing of the door. That fixed the problem and saved me $500 -$600 dollars. And that is excellent customer service from Lift-Master. Returning to MESA, the technician should have known about and checked the criticality of the sender/receiver alignment and not be driven to sell a new garage door opener. I did check and MESA has very good ratings, but just as the quality of a car paint job depends on the person holding the spray gun, the diagnosis and repair of the garage door opener depends on the technician doing the job.

I didn't have to replace the springs, and thought they would given me a discount, but they didn't. They did do a good job on the tune-up.

My garage doors was accidentally hit by strong steel and I had to get it repaired immediately even if it’s just a slight. I’ve got a fair quotation and a convenient actual reparation schedule for me. They arrived early and started the work. They were very hardworking and skillful as they repaired my garage doors. Finished earlier than I expected and even made it look like new again. One week since my doors began useful through their service and had not encountered any sign of dysfunctional. Mesa Garage Door has an unquestionable quality of service! So qualified and capable team I had with MESA! Truly recommended!

I went to the showroom and received a quote for new doors. I then returned with my wife and we change the style of the door. I had walked through the first order in detail and as we were just changing the style I did not walk through the second order.(Big Mistake) I was told the doors could be installed the following Saturday, By Thursday I had not heard from anyone so I called. After two attempts I finally got a hold of someone and was notified that the doors were backorder and it would be a month before they would be installed. I waited the month and again did not hear from anyone and called again. I was told they were schedule to be installed that Thursday. Again no one called. The installer shows up first thing to starts to install. Does not say more than two words to me. Halfway through I noticed the doors were not insulated. I specifically requested insulated doors. The installer said sorry but that is what is on the order. I called and talked to the person how took my order and was told to let the installer finish and they would take care of it Monday.(Second Mistake) Monday came and went and did not hear from them. I called several times. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. It took 4 calls to finally get a resolution. Of course they wanted more money. By that time I had lost all faith and felt like I was being cheated and did not trust them to come and "Fix" the doors. They do not have a customer service department. Should of went to Anaheim Doors. Would have paid a little more but I would of had a very different experience. Be very careful.

Not tested before he left and I had to fix sensor and line up correctly. Wasn't happen with upcharge for side cable. Felt like I was taken.

Mesa failed to show up for my installation today. No one bothered calling us to give us an update. I tried calling the sales rep Eldon and briefly spoke to Cynthia (asking for a manager to contact me). No call back, no solutions, no garage door. I'm sure i'm going to get more excuses from them. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY. THIS COMPANY IS GREAT AT WASTING ALL THREE.

It was good. They actually charged a little more for replacing it because the package didn't cover it. They were professionally right in going back and canceling if required. The description could have actually helped make me the proper decision. They should be more specific. The worst part was I had to pay more. The best part was they were quick. The work was professionally done. They came on time.

We needed a new garage door and I visited the showroom of The Garage Door Company in Stockport. The staff there are lovely and so easy to deal with. I met Michelle and spoke to Amber - both very pleasant people. The survey was done quickly, I was given a fair quotation immediately which we accepted. Chris O'Brien and Keith Wilkes from the Company came today and fitted the new door efficiently and without fuss. They had to make some modifications as the old brickwork wasn't too good, but this they simply took in their stride. The new door looks great and operates beautifully.
