They were very nice. They showed up on time and cleaned up after their selves. The garage door looks beautiful and we did not have any problems. It was great.

There is a reason why I gave this place 5 stars. They are the best garage door company. They are prompt. Very efficient. Fairly priced. Also, they are very friendly. Most of all, my new garage door is very beautiful. Thank you very much, this wouldn?t happen without you guys.

Busted some springs on his garage door, called this company, made a deposit of $50, the guy gave him the run around and then he never heard from him again. Decided to go with a bigger company (Mesa) charged $375 and they replaced the springs on the door

The service went exactly as expected. I knew I was going with larger company so I knew it was going to cost a little more, however, I definitely got what I paid for. It was a 2 man job, but the installer I spoke with the most, Robert V., was such a great guy. He really made the experience that much better.

Great product, reasonable price, quality installation. But customer service needs some work. Jeremey and I talked on a Friday about the 3 year annual service package. I love it. He offered to schedule something for that weekend, as Mesa Garage Door works 7 days a week. He switched me to the scheduling department. That person informed me that no, Mesa is only in Fallbrook on Tuesdays, how about Tuesday Aug 4. I could not be home on Tuesday Aug 4. So he checked with someone to see when Mesa would be in Fallbrook again. Wednesday Aug 5 they are doing an installation. They could come do my annual service right after they complete the installation. But then I received a call from someone leaving a message that no, they could not do the service on Wednesday Aug 5 and would I please call back. I did and spoke with Brenda. She set me up for Tuesday Aug 11, 11:00am-1:00pm But wait, there?s more! Jeremy calls me back and starts off letting me know that ?I am very difficult to get ahold of.? What? But we chat and work it out. Service is still on for Tuesday Aug 11. Jeremy also sends me the electronic receipt for my transaction which I had been promised, but not previously received. Then someone calls me the evening of Tuesday Aug 4 confirming my annual inspection scheduled for Wednesday Aug 5. I should apologize to her, courtesy calls should not require hazardous pay, but by then I was getting fed up. We worked it out and left the Tuesday August 11 date stand. Someone called Tuesday Aug 10 to confirm my service August 11 9:00 ? noon. A little different from the original time frame, but what the heck I have to take the day off anyway. Let?s get this done. On the day of the service, Melissa calls me at 1:45 to let me know that John is on his way and about 15 minutes away. I ask if the appointment wasn?t supposed to be 9 ? noon? She confirmed that yes, it was. But schedules were rearranged, and an earlier job was bigger than expected. Someone should have called me. John got there at 2:15, and was done in about 10 minutes. He lubricated the hinges and springs. Yes roll-up doors do have springs ? who knew. This service is normally about $200. I got a 3-year package, so 3 annual tune-ups, please extended warranties thrown in.

They did an excellent job. They installed the opener as well with all the sensors and wireless keypad. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert, the salesman, was very attentive when we were considering which company to use. Once we chose Mesa, however, he bacame difficult to reach. It took several months to finalize the contract and the first draft contained different costs than had been originally quoted. When the errors were pointed out to Robert, he asked us for the original bid! Once a deposit was made, installation was scheduled fairly quickly. However, while we were told each installation would take about 3 hours, with three doors installed each day, the installers regularly did not arrive until mid-day and then did all the doors at the same time so that each took twice as long. It has now been two weeks and several doors have yet to be installed. When the doors arrived, they had no mail slots despite Robert having sent us a mock-up the week before showing mail slots (and despite mail slots being included in the price). Since the door panels had already been made, the installers cut and installed the mail slots on-site. As a result, they appear unfinished. Although Robert had inspected each garage to determine what type of equitpment and/or additional work might be necessary, several units found there were undetected issues that had to be cleared up. The installers themselves were competent and professional and it was clear they were used to having to fix the mistakes made by the sales office. And the doors (so far) seem to be the quality promised. No one is happy about having to use an extension cord to plug in the garage door openers (which are now side-mounted instead of certer-mounted), and a few are still trying to get the included equipment, such as the external key pad. I regret no one thought to check Angie's List or Yelp! before selecting Mesa, and I would certainly never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Well, it has been a few months since the installation and everything has gone well. The overall quality of the door itself is less than I expected but the installers did such a gret job making sure everything fit right, raised well and looked good. I do have one complaint however. The office staff can be quite difficult to get a hold of and do not respond to phone calls promptly. I would recommend them however as their selection of doors was better and the prices were cheaper.

Their installation only took an hour. I would recommend them to any body.

Initially Mesa and I scheduled for a 2 hr time window on Thursday 3/12/15 between 7-9am. The receptionist called me at 8:45am to let me know the estimator left her a message saying he had car trouble and needed his appointments reschedule. I'm not sure why he didn't call me directly as I could have avoided being late to work for no reason. We rescheduled for Saturday 3/14/2015 between 1-3pm. Nobody showed up and nobody called...and that was 4 days ago. Needless to say I won't be pursuing this company for the garage door replacement project we will be doing as part of our capital improvements this year.

It was good. They got it installed very well. They got us a remote. We put down a $150 deposit on a new garage door because we were going to buy one from them. They wouldn't give it back but they said we could use it toward something else. They were honest. They have a good reputation.

They resolved my issue with my garage door opener over the phone the most recent time. The time before then, my garage door did not close properly. They came out and fixed it. They were really prompt. Very courteous. It was very straight forward.
