He's very professional. He arrived before 12 and came very clean. The technician then checked on the problem and then re-winded the cable on to the spool and had it fixed. After that, he began to lubricate the moving parts, checked the springs and adjusted other parts to make sure that the door would open properly. He explained his work very clearly and warned me that my cable may not be as good as before because of what happened, however, the chances of something bad from happening is very low. Still, I should contact him in case something feels off with my garage door. The Technician was really exceptional and as he have shown, I would be happy to call on him again
