They arrived 15 minutes early.They are courteous, careful, conscientious and friendly.The installation was efficient and precise.They worked not only on the installation but also in cleaning up their work.The cost was reasonable and was totally worth it.No other garage door company would compare.

They were nothing but courteous and professional from the minute they arrived for the installation. The team politely introduced themselves before they brought in the new garage door. They carefully took down the old door and installed the new door with ease. It was a very straightforward install. Before leaving, they left some very helpful advice about maintaining the door. 100% sure will hire them again.

I recently ordered a basic, insulated garage door from Mesa. Their price was competitive. Their sales representative was objective, and not high pressure trying to upsell me into something higher priced which I didn't want or need. Mesa?s installer was on time and completed the installation in several hours. The installer was sloppy. They had only one installer for a 16 ft garage door. They had to use some of my equipment, were not prepared and broke my equipment.

Good customer service. Took the time to inspect the garage door before working on its issue. Called the office earlier and they had a very friendly staff. He called ahead to inform me about the technician arrival. The best thing about them is that they are very professional. I like working with professional folks and certainly I would work with them again.

Great service! I called in the morning and got a quick response from them. After 1 ½ hour, their technician arrived. He replaced the broken sprocket and greased the rollers. We bought this house last September and the previous owners never maintained the garage door. He explained proper maintenance for us. We will have Mesa again to take care of our door. Awesome same day service. My spring was replaced and garage door maintained for a very honest and fair price. Will use them again with no questions because they are a company that cares about the customer and provides a prompt service. In my book, that would make them deserving of 5 stars.

I called on a Monday morning to help me with my door and the handyman was at my house by noon. It turns out that the spring, motor and rollers just needed a service ? something that I could have done myself. Still, I am glad he came, because aside from getting the job done in a professional manner, he also thought me how to maintain the door by myself. Thanks for that.

Mesa Garage Doors did an excellent job when replacing my door. The price was very fair and the young man who did the install was very good at his job. I would have deducted one star from them because I was told that he would arrive between 8 or 9 in the morning. But he didn?t show up until 10am. The only reason why I changed my mind was because he called me in advance and gave me a good reason for his tardiness. Also, he worked diligently. Overall, it was still a good service.

I called Mesa Garage Doors because I wanted to get an estimate for a garage door install. On the phone, it sounded like they were excited to help and provide an estimate on the phone. Although, it was a good idea, I still insisted on a home visit for I have several questions. The next day, they came to my house and the sales representative answered question by question. Very professional indeed. I got the door I wanted and was installed as soon as it was made available.

Excellent, quick, professional service

I called early morning because of a broken spring; the technician arrived shortly after with a new spring as replacement. Also, he greased the rollers and tested the door for any fault. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you for responding quickly and helping me fix my door before I went to work.

I waited to hear from them, and waited a week before reaching out to them. I sent two messages through Angie's List message center and never heard back, so I finally reached out by phone and made an appointment for today. I called them earlier today to confirm the appointment and they verified that someone would be showing up between 12-4. I was even told they would call a half hour before they showed up. No one showed during that time and no one called. I had to call around 4:30, and I was told that it was "routing error." They tried to reschedule for tomorrow but I told them that I had taken the day off today to meet them here and that I was going to request a refund from Angie's List.

door lasted less than a year, had to have them repair the door after a few months and less than a year after having it installed it bent and had to be replaced. i called another garage door company and they came and replaced the door with a MUCH BETTER QUALITY door. the mesa garage door was a PIECE OF JUNK. I would never ever recommend them to ANYONE. the motor is fine.

The garage door came off rail. I called Mesa and they showed up after 2 hours. Told me the reason and laid down several reasonably priced solutions. After discussing the solutions, I decided to buy a new door instead. The specially ordered single door was delivered 2 days later. I will definitely work with this company again.

Absolutely great and fast service. Very affordable as well. This other company wanted to charge me for double the price of Mesa Garage Door. You should use this company. You won?t be sorry. They went above and beyond to repair my door.

What can I say? Mesa Garage Doors is perfect! I called Mesa around 10:30 in the morning because our opener stopped working. The guy on phone was very informative and offered me a good price and an appointment for the same day. The repair guy, (Matt) called to inform me about his arrival time and he arrived when he said he would. He made no attempts to upsell and completed his work in one hour. Overall ? it was an outstanding experience.

Well done. They fitted a new door and opener efficiently and swiftly and left the work area tidy and orderly. I am pleased with the service because aside from the quality garage door, they were also very detailed in explaining how to operate the opener and use the remote. It is not the cheapest service but the thorough and personable service makes it worth it.

At the time of installation, they provided extra work just to securely install the door and make sure no cold draft would enter our garage when closed. Also, at the time of the quote, we properly discussed the details of the installation and amicably agreed on a fair quote. For the installation, it was excellently done. I was very pleased that they managed to resolve the slight issue with the install. The staff I have dealt with were very friendly and showed good service.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful over the phone. Non-pressuring, straightforward, helpful and honest survey. Measured properly. Fitters were prompt and were very decent chaps Almost 3 hours later, the install was finish. It was a tidy and efficient job. They showed how to work the door. I really enjoyed their work.

Would like to congratulate this guys for the wonderful repair. The newly repaired door works well and the squeaking noise disappeared. I can definitely recommend this contractor. The initial inquiry as well as subsequent quotation were first class. No broken garage door would remain broken as long as these guys are present.

The removal of the old opener as well as the installation of the new Liftmaster opener were carried out professional. The installer arrived on time and delivered a high class performance. He was very enthusiastic to explain how the new opener works and was very tidy with his job. Altogether, it was a great product at service at a fair price
