I scheduled an appointment for 8 am -12 noon to replace the door springs and rollers, which meant I had to get up about 6:30 am. I received a confirmation call the day before to confirm the date and time. On the scheduled day, no one showed up and I called Mesa at 11:45 am. They apologized and rescheduled for 2 pm – 3 pm the same day saying the technician would call me 30 minutes before he would be at my house. At 4:15 pm I again called Mesa and the technician arrived at 4:45 pm. As far as the technician was concerned, he was very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant and the entire repair took less than an hour. No complaints there. Since a technician may have 8 -10 scheduled appointments in a day and there is no way to anticipate any delaying problems, the office should keep track of the technician’s status and inform awaiting customers of a possible delay. That’s how you keep a customer happy.

One Friday morning our garage door suddenly won’t open. I was able to enter the garage after going through the door connecting our kitchen and garage, but unfortunately I cannot take out my car. So I called these guys and within a few moments, our garage door was able to work again. It was the quickest repair! They gave me a great deal and it was the best service for the price. Highly recommend.

Hooray for Angie’s List and hooray for Mesa! I was looking for a reasonable garage door repair service and I found this company here on Angie’s List. The dispatcher gave me 3-5 window and they came out around 3:30. I got a good estimate. $100 to replace a gear and fix my garage door opener was very reasonable for me. Repairs only took half an hour. After that, the technician left leaving me pleased with his work.

It is easy to find a garage door service. But finding a good one? Now, that’s a different story. That’s why finding this company is a huge blessing in disguise for me. The springs on our garage door broke. I called a couple of companies but I got no response. One company responded and that’s this one. They came immediately, replaced the springs, greased the door tracks and chains before adjusting the door. If you need a garage door service, I truly believe this company is what we need.

They were able to bring me an exact replacement for the panel to replace it. The charge was $352, which is amazing considering the level of difficulty as well as the labor involved. The communication was good and the same goes with the customer service. I would highly recommend!

This company as well as the guys working for them is as good as what the other reviews would say. I was totally impressed with the workmanship and professionalism they have.
