The technician's name was Spartek. I asked him questions about the repair. He then asked me if I was an electrician and go to electrical school... of course I said no. His response was "then you would not understand me". Long story short, 2 months later I turned on the heater and it blew it out because of this technician. He replace the thermostat and wired it incorrectly. On the first visit, he wasn't able to find any thing. When I called the home warranty to have this company come out, I requested a different technician. Well, he's the only tech. Avoid this company. They will try to sell you a new AC unit that doesn't need to be replaced. I'm leaving out lots of details but just avoid this company.
