floor cleaning
 + -1 moreHe is a floor care specialist for both commercial and residential and is a professional and comes with 30 years experience. My floor had wax build up and he striped it until he got rid of the wax. He was here all day and he did not charge me anything extra. He also got down on his hands and knees and did the striping around the baseboards. The work was good and the floor looked new. He is very detailed, responsible and trust worthy. He cleans up after he has finished the work. He was professional, responsive and punctual.
Description of Work: I used Linda Vista Maintenance to clean and wax the kitchen floor.
