Description of Work: Julian built custom cabinets in my home. My husband and I are very pleased with our new cabinets, his detail in his work, and we will definitely call him for future projects in our home.

+ -1 moreIt went great, even though we threw him some curves. We had promised to have paint and then couldn't find it. We also added installation of lights, faucets, and grab bar. No problem. He quickly gave estimates for the additional work, and began measuring and putting down protective covering. One of his men did the installations and electrical work, the other did the painting and refinishing. Everything was done on time and on budget, and the work was high quality. They came on time, did their work, cleaned everything. It took two days and resulted in minimal disruption to our lives. They showed up on time and worked very hard. We were very happy, and asked Julian for an estimate on more work.
Description of Work: Put in new floor and tore out carpet in large walk in closet, refinished bathroom cabinets and doors, installed two new lights, installed new faucet, installed grab bar, touched up paint in bathroom

+ -1 moreGreat work! Although the work took several days, the worksite was tidied and cleaned at the end of each day. All work was performed correctly and we love the results of everything. Julian was very patient in helping us decide what type of lighting we wanted in all the fixtures, and made several trips back and forth to the supplier so we had just what we wanted. Awesome job!
Description of Work: Installed recessed lighting (5 light fixtures) in one room, upgraded current lighting fixtures (7fixtures) in the kitchen installed new outlet covers in the kitchen, painted the ceiling in two rooms, and installed a new hot water heater.

+ -1 moreThe work was done beautifully and with a smile. Julian and Tony are diligent workers and are very tidy and clean. This is the second time we have had them come to our home for work, and have been very impressed. Not only do they do straightforward repairs, but Julian is great at determining what should be done to resolve an issue that is not clear-cut. His prices are fair for the work performed, and we will be using him (and recommending him) in the future.
Description of Work: Julian and his associate spent 8 hours in our home performing several tasks. They acid-washed, grouted, and sealed our marble steam shower--fixing an issue we have had that was caused by the original contractor. Julian repaired the doors on an antique Chinese chest that had become difficult to open and close without falling out--now they are balanced, beautifully aligned and easy to use. He also repaired a t.p. holder that had been loose since it was installed.
