Description of Work: Great and timely work, reasonable price. Just make sure all promises are kept prior to releasing any final payments. I was advised when the contract was signed I would receive 30 to 40 extra roof tiles, they were never received. The salesman who promised the tiles is no longer responding...

Description of Work: Hoyt replaced the roof on our home and detached garage. They did a great job and completed it on time. They use all of their own tear off crews, installers, delivery trucks and drivers, and carpenters to do the work. They do not use subcontractors. Also, they are a Certainteed certified installer so we have the maximum warranty available. I would have them do work again.

Description of Work: This is a great company recommended by a close friend. They are certified by the manufacturer (Certainteed) and installed the roof exactly according to specifications required. This is important because if there's a problem, the warranty is valid only if the installer is certified. Some lag time in communication at times, but understandable as it's a really busy season. They also have a rain gutter business and gave us a very fair price for installing an excellent system. I'm really picky, but they exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: Over all the quality of work done was great. Had some problems with follow thru and communication when Chuck went on vacation. His guys were extremely slow in responding compared to Chuck. Once the job began we had a few issues with clean up at the end of the day with nails and debre on our grass, in our planters and on our walk way. I informed Chuck and he had his guys back there right away to clean up, which was good. The crew that installed the roof was always professional, as was all of the delivery guys from Hoyt that came by. It has been a month since job completion and we still have not received a copy of our warranty or permit paperwork, which is a little frustrating. I did voice my concerns to Chuck about how they could have done a better job and he apologized for all my frustrations and responded that he would address it at their next QC meeting. I did refer them to my neighbor and they did a much better job for them....referral bonus???

Description of Work: Hoyt installed a roof on our rental home. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We called about having them put a roof our personal residence. This was going to be a very expensive roof and we wanted to have a few conversations about the details of the installation. They stopped returning our calls shortly after the estimate, so we chose a company that would work with us.

HE BROUGHT SAMPLES, AND HIS PRESENTATION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD A LEAK THAT HE SAID COULD BE REPAIRED, AND HE TOLD US THAT WE COULD PROBABLY WAIT A COUPLE OF YEARS TO REPLACE OUR ROOF. HIS HONESTY WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. HIS CREW DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY CLEANED UP EVERY BIT OF DEBRIS. WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN LAST WINTER AND WE HAD NO LEAKS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOYT ROOFS.
