they are very professional and quick. get the job done. however , i give 4 star review because the jobs is very simple and the price they charge is not cheap.. also the technician is more interested in recommending to fix this, fix that instead of fixing current problem. other than the that, they are fixing current problem

A bit on the pricey side, but did great work, great customer service, on time, didn’t try to sell me unneeded work, overall great experience.

Jorge was professional, kind, and honest. They didnâ t charge me because they couldnâ t unblock the old pipe to my bathroom sink. The pipe needed replacing in the end (a licensed contractor friend did it). However, for more simple plumbing issues, I would call HomeX again.

Jeremy came to provide a tuneup of our Trane heater at a reasonable price. He was friendly. Professional, candid, thorough, and informative. He provided my husband and I options of the repair or replacement of our forced air heating unit so we could make a responsible financial decision going forward.

Oscar was very helpful. All service reps that I came in contact with by phone or on person, were courteous, helpful, and professional. Will definitely use this company again for other work they identified needed to be done. They contacted me right away and had a flexible schedule that allowed me to get the work done quickly. The price was higher than I had budgeted for originally, but because of their quality of work, I didn’t mind paying more. There was a small issue where the caulk loosened from one fixture, and they had someone come out right away to repair it. Fingers crossed it will hold this time. I’m glad Angi referred me to this company.

Great service . On time for appointment.

Jeremy was friendly and great and nice. My heat was not sustaining to stay on once it started. This is an old HVAC system. He was efficent, very professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what needed to be fixed. He made sure the parts were the correct ones needed to fix the problem before he changed them out. He also let me know some issues I might be running into in the future but there was no pressure that they needed to be done right now. I felt the prices were right for 2 parts that either failed or were failing. The other was optional and I decided to change it out. I would request Jeremy again if my unit had issues in the future. The heat is now working great.

Hired to fix leaking pipes in 2 areas. I thought they were cast iron pipe but turned out to be pvc pipes about 2" under dirt. They fixed one leak. The second pipe leak was probably leaking in 2 places. I think they fixed one place the pipe was leaking but the pipe was still leaking in another place in an approximately 15' long area. Called them back because the area was still leaking. Charged me $1,000 the first time and wanted $2,000 to fix the second leak in the same area they worked in originally.

Mario and Nick, the plumbers, were very helpful and upfront, and more than willing to fit the project within my budget.

Called HomeX to fix a leak in an underground pipe to a hose bib. They found two leaks and fixed one of them. I thought the pipe was galvanized iron but turned out to be pvc. The second area apparently had two leaks along the same pipe in an area about 15 inch long in a pvc pipe about 2 deep. Since there was still standing water in the same area I called them back to fix it. They charged $1,000 the first time they came and wanted another $2,000 to fix a leak on the same pipe they worked on the week before. They arrived on time and appeared professional but I will not call them again for any reason.

Tech Oscar was very honest and cleared the drain they were very clean and professional. Job was completed in 1/2 hour!! WTG
