HomeX came out and fixed the job up with a very professional and informative attitude. Dakota did a great job.

They are very thorough and explain everything in terms I could understand.

About 50% higher cost than expected for a 2.5 hour job. Did not itemize to justify the cost. Tried to cover up a new leak with caulking, resulting in massive new leak (o-ring cut or not installed). They did return next day to fix with replacement downspout and test for leaks. Customer service was pleasant and attentive.

They want you paid before they sent you the final report saying that that is what they do all the time. In my previous work, unless agreed upon before hand, all work and report must be completed before payment. I did paid them even though I have not received the report.

Kept me informed of when plumber would arrive. Sent photo ahead of time. Delivered as promised.

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, prompt, great guy came out and helped me unclog my garbage disposal, and then looked at a spot upstairs in the bathroom. I would definitely hire them again.

I called HomeX. Oscar arrived on Monday morning (on time). I asked if he would come in and take a look at the two drains affected by the stoppage. He did. I then asked if he had a wire long enough to reach through the branch to the main. He did. They has a special running for $68.00. He ran the wire through the line. The drain was cleared. Read on... Prior to calling HomeX I had called another firm. They came and attempted to clean the branch drain but failed to do so. They recommended hydrojetting and quoted a price of $1800.00. They "came down" to $1200.00 but based an past experience I was uncomfortable with the quote and the result of the initial work. By the way... I held a Journeymans plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts for quite a while and worked in the trades for 8 years. HomeX is a company that can be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service work.

HomeX was very responsive, even over a Holiday weekend. Oscar was great. Excellent job of keeping me informed on when they would arrive, about how long things would take, and upfront quotes for work that were reasonable. Likely the value for money could be a 5 star rating, but the other plumbers that I contacted never got back to me, so I have no basis for comparison.

Home X was willing to fix my plumbing issue on Labor Day which was amazing in itself. They were on time clean and got right to fixing the problem quickly along with being courteous.

My first appt was rescheduled at the last minute which was inconvenient for me. The jokes they cut into the wall on the back surface were not reput up and one price had broken, otherwise they did a good job.

The Technician they sent to me the second time was OSCAR. He knew exactly what to do about my plumbing problem and brought everything that was needed and more. Oscar was so friendly and knowledgeable I would want him every time. He did not push me into anything I was not ready for right now. I would DEFINITELY recommend HomeX for all your needs.
