Juan serviced my issue and was absolutely amazing! I hired my neighbor originally to do the work Juan and his team did and he wanted to charge me double and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing, so I hired Homex and I DON'T regret it!!!

Juan was early, not just "on time" What a great treat when you have a plumbing problem! A personable guy, knew his stuff, got everything taken care of in short order. I now have found my permanent plumber after searching for several years.

Staff and Plumber were very nice folks That being said plumber could not fix original issue I hired them for. When at the house I asked them to rotor the drain. The drain starting leaking when he put the trap back together. That cost me more money. They blamed it on original poor construction. I get that but If you break something I would think they wouldn't charge me. Overall it was pricey and I still have a loose faucet.

They did a great job, if I ever need plumbing work done again, HOMEX and the young man who performed the work, will be my first choice.

They did a great job communicating the problem & costs involved. The repair work was completed when promised and they did a great job. They cleaned up after completion and you didn't even know they were there. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They are a little more expensive than others but hopefully it’s worth the cost. They were quick and efficient. If anyone from HomeX reads this you need to know the homeowner is responsible for plumbing all the way to the street. Your reps said only to the sidewalk. The city said otherwise; at least in Santa Ana.

Tony Martinez was efficient, polite, & informative. Would definitely hire him again. This was an emergency & he responded in good time. He explained the fee, gave me a receipt while here via email showing all work done, charge & paid in full. Could not ask for better service.

Juan and Tony were true professionals! They were very courteous and honest. Juan came to my home and not only gave me an estimate, but also gave me options with different cost levels, depending on the work I chose to be completed. When Tony came out to investigate what needed to be done, he actually found nothing wrong and told me so! They spent time and effort to help me and ended up charging me nothing! I would absolutely use Homex Plumbing again!
