Timely and great price.

I was very happy.

Had a very difficult job that Homex said from the beginning may not be fixable at a reasonable price. In the end I did not do the job at this time. Homex kept me informed at every step and were very easy to work with. Will definitely work with them again.

These guys were great. Called immediately after I hit the “send” button. They sent a tech out that looked at our shower and gave me an instant quote. Price was reasonable and he went to work immediately. Very clean and careful work. Tough job but it was fine professionally, neatly and right on budget. I will definitely use them again!

I have no problem with the customer service, the work performed or the professional demeanor of the service tech who arrived on time. The person who fixed the problem estimated the repair time at 20 minutes and he was correct. The charge was $145. The invoice did not list the cost of the part but based on my research, it cost less than $15. That's a rate of at least $375 per hour. That seems really high. I understand they have overhead but this still seems extreme.

The technician, Orlando, was very professional and personable. The evaluation and estimate was done on schedule and in a timely fashion. The quality of the work was excellent. The job site was left clean and tidy. I will use the company again for future jobs.

Had a new pop-up in bathroom installed. Minor problem with install and Juan resolved the problem and fixed another issue while here. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs or installation. Price was very reasonable and will definitely use them in the future.

Literally the moment I put my phone down from adding the project to HomeAdvisor, HomeX Plumbing called me and scheduled a technician to come out for a free estimate. Jose was very prompt and professional when he got here. After quickly looking at the job, he provided a quotation. The initially stated price seemed high; however, I chose to proceed with the work and Jose was able to obtain approval for a 7% discount. I recommend HomeX for others!

Orlando arrived on time, cleanly dressed and courteous. He told me that he would dismantle the drain pipes under the sink in order to remove the blockage and gave me an estimate which was lower than I ha expected. He did the work, including reassembly and testing, surprisingly quickly. It all works perfectly, quickly draining bth skies of the double sink. I would gladly hire him again.

Very friendly and professional

This was my first experience with this company and I had several things that needed to be done in 2 rental units. Orlando was very easy to work with and kept in touch regarding his arrival time.
