HomeX Plumbing installed toilet fill valves in two bathrooms and replaced a toilet handle. The work took an hour and I was charged about $200 - a very fair price. The day before I got an estimate from Right Time Plumbing of Riverside, CA. Their quote was $589 for this same work. A total rip-off. I am glad I called HomeX to actually do this job.

The scheduler was prompt in calling right away and keeping me in the loop on the arrival time. The time window for arrival was next day and exactly on time. Problem was solved and price very fair.

Two other plumbers could not deal with my leaking (Roman tub) faucet and then I lucked out with Scott from HomeX. Scott was knowledgeable and professional, took time to explain things to me and thoroughly assessed my options, giving me 3 different ways to go with detailed quotes. He followed through on the next business day scouting out parts availability when the others took one to two weeks to even get back to me. He was able to fix the leak that second day. He was willing to use the small access hole that the other plumbers didn't want to deal with (one telling me that I would have to cut in the stucco from the outside). "Oh yeah, I can get through that", Scott said. Francis also provided positive customer service. She was the first one to answer the request, assuring me that HomeX would be able to help me. I received a call 20 minutes before arrival time, with arrival within the 2 hour time slot given to me. The price was higher than I had initially expected to have to spend to fix this faucet, but the level of communication, response and follow up were part of the value that I received.

From my current experience they were amazing. We called because everything was suddenly clogged and as soon as we called they were here in less than an hour. They also let you know who s coming and what they look like so you re already aware of who s helping you. They were able to figure out what was the problem and fix it with no issues!

Jeremy came over to replace a shower diverter spout and unclog a shower stall drain. He told me the cost upfront before beginning work. He completed the work in a timely manner. I would use him again for future plumbing needs.

They responded immediately. Were there the next morning and the actual work was done in about 10 minutes. It was a small non emergency job so I was super pleased it was done so quickly. The young man that did my work was polite professional and neat in appearance. I plan on using them again.

Jeremy and his crew were amazing - very professional - did a wonderful job on running a new gas line to our pool heater. They also did a super job of cleanup and left our landscaping looking perfect . I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt and very efficient - call when they say they will and show up when they say they will. We are very satisfied with the job they did.
