I just had them do some work at my home and I couldnâ t be happier. Everyone there: Juan, Jose, Victor, Dakota and Frances were extremely courteous and accommodating. I was completely satisfied with the work that Jose and Victor did, which was first rate. I would definitively request them again. In short, they showed up on time, the work was great, and they cleaned up before they left. I am so glad I called HomeX. They are absolutely wonderful, and I would definitively use them again.

The good: Homex had a plumber out here within 30 minutes. The plumber had my clog cleared within 30 minutes of arrival. He was friendly, courteous and professional. This was very impressive, especially since the previous plumber I called could not handle the job. The bad: The drain plug was damaged and now the sink wont hold water. The ugly: The plumber left a bowl of disgusting, stinking black sludge under my sink. I also feel $220 was too high a charge for unclogging a drain when other plumbing companies are advertising they will unclog drains for $100 or less.

Scott did a great job and explained everything so that even I could understand. I appreciated that. There's one fixture that wasn't tightened enough but I think I should be able to handle that task (if I can find a screwdriver)!

I was very happy with everyone I worked with. Our drain was completely clogged and Shane was very clear on showing me where the problem was. He said that they would have to do a hydro jet and told me how much that would be. When I was concerned about the cost they were very helpful in explaining the process. After completing the cleaning of the pipes I now understand the added cost. I am so very happy I had this done. I highly recommend HomeX plumbing as reliable, honest, friendly and clean.
