Eddie was fantastic! He cares about his work and was very thorough and meticulous. The pot-filler faucet installation turned out perfect.

I called this company based on good reviews to unclog my drain line. They had some $88 or free deal, but clearly they wanted much more than $88, regardless of the issue. The plumber came and tried to use the cleanout line, but only tried from one direction, quickly stating he hit something and is "unable to get out the clog". He was already trying to upsell me on a camera inspection and a hydrojet from the start. After stating he was unable to get out of the clog, he recommended the next step of doing a hydrojet for "$1700 DOLLARS!!!". I called another plumber next day thatu unclogged within minutes, and immediately told me you were being scammed by this company. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. The technician/plumber they send is actually a sales guy that will make a nice fat commission of what he sells you, so he is not interested in providing you the best and cheapest solution.

My journey with HomeX started simple get a quote for a job and weigh my options. I needed a new water heater put in. There is a catch my water heater is in the attic. Jorge was great after seeing the problems he gave me reassurance that their guys could do it. I got the best quote from Jorge after dealing with 5 other companies. Edward showed up then Juan showed up A little later which kind of upset me but when the crew got there it was all work and no play. Juan and his guys went straight to work they explain to me every step of the way what was gonna happen they constantly kept me updated during the process and they did a great job I could not be more satisfied with the professionalism and the courteousness and the appreciation for the little things that I did to help their job be easier I will be calling HomeX plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems that I have and I gave them a five star rating

From the first contact, my daughter reports that her interaction with the staff was very pleasant, and they asked very good questions to understand the scope of the problem. Although there was a trip charge, it would be applied to the repair cost. The repair man had an inventory of parts on the truck and replaced the supply line. It was very quick, same day service. Cost of repair was a third of what was initially quoted by another company.

We have now used Homex a few times, Juan and his team have been nothing but fair, clean, and friendly. You always know what to expect before, during, and after the job. They have worked inside and out of my home, and I have never had to worry about cleaning up after they leave. A+ service and quality.

the blocked drain turn out to be a wire snake about 3 ft. long that broke off from previous attempts to clear the sewer pipe from other plumbers. . This required a camera to find out were the blockage was once the blockage was found. Dave worked professionally, fast and accurate explaining all the way what was going on. My house was built in 1949 so it is an old house. I was very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. It cost a little more than I thought but I knew this kind of repair would be more money than the norm. He had to take out cement and work with old plumbing and replace the cement. Also he installed a clean out since I didn't have one. It took 3 days to complete.

The price I was quoted was excessive but I agreed because I needed to have the work done and I didn't want to take the time to get other bids. The technician was prompt but failed to check that the toilet was functioning correctly before leaving and had to be called back.

It went great and well he did more than I needed and was very professional.

Jeremy came and reviewed the situation. He decided to use the inside drain pipe to snake the drain rather than the cleanout behind my house because the cleanout hadn't been opened in 20 years, and he was afraid it might not go back on as tightly and might leak. The washing machine drainage pipe was behind my dryer. I tried to pull the dryer out, but a water hose connected to the back of the dryer, and I didn't know how to shut off the water valves. Jeremy shut the valves off, tightened the hose-to-valve connection, which he noticed leaked a bit when fully open, and then unhooked the water hose that went to my dryer. Once the he got the drainage pipe cleared, Jeremy told me that he felt the interior of the pipe was rough, so he called a co-worker, Shane, to come with a camera, and Jeremy went up on my roof to put the camera through a roof vent into the pipe. Not long afterward, Shane asked me to look at the camera pictures. He said that the old pipe under my house slab was deteriorating around my kitchen sink. (The house is almost 70 years old.) He said what could be done was to try to cut out the old pipe and put in a new pipe which would require breaking the slab and could mean "chasing" the piping to find a good spot to connect to, which would cost a minimum of $4,500. The other option was to reroute the drainage around the house, bypassing the old in-slab piping entirely. This would cost upward of $15,000. I thanked them for going to the trouble of taking the camera through the pipes, but I could not afford to fix the problem. After Shane left, Jeremy brought a clamp in from his truck to clamp my dryer vent to the outside portal more securely (it had pulled out when I tried to pull the dryer forward), which I didn't ask him to do--he just did it as an extra. Then he reconnected the dryer hose and turned the water back on. I appreciated his work.

Went thru Angie list to find HomeX to fix clogged kitchen sink. Right after hitting enter they called and said they could be here in 1HR. Right on time Jeremy arrived. He was professional and super clean..prepared estimate I signed off and within 30 min had our clogged kitchen drain running again! My wife is super happy as we were preparing for granddaughters 1st bday. Emergency fixed! Highly recommend this 5 Star service. Also communications was top notch. I received txt/ email on status of arrival, job estimate n invoice. That's customer Service!!! Did I mention reasonable pricing? Home X is the real complete package. Don't forget to check for discount coupons...mine was $20

Absolutely great service from the very start! Called and spoke with Frances Salas, she was friendly, courteous and professional and made me feel so at ease during our conversation! I felt like I was talking to family as she was able to ease my tension and give me the assurance I needed. When you’re dealing with the stress of clogged drains as a continued issue, it’s comforting to have assurance and understanding beginning with the first point of contact, which in my case was with Frances. After having a bad experience with a competitor company, Frances assured me that her guys would come out and take care of the drain issue. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions and explained their work thoroughly. They even offered to come back the very next day if the issue continued, although assured me it was cleared up. Without a doubt, issue was resolved and I can now take a shower in peace! Thank you HomeX team for your excellent customer service!!!

My at least 20 year old pressure regulator was leaking for a while. I had thought about changing it myself but was concerned something might go wrong. Paul came out and did a really nice job. The initial price seemed a little high but we negotiated and agreed on a fair price. He actually had to cut the line & braze a new section on with a new fitting. This is beyond my skills so I'm very happy I hired a pro. He was a very nice gentleman & cleaned everything up. I will be recommending him to friends.
