They did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable. I did not realize that hanging the door would be so expensive.

The sales staff in the carpet department was excellent- efficient and helpful in finding the best price for the carpet we wanted. Our problem was with installation. The first contact we had with Carpet Pro was when they called to let us know our carpet was available for installation. The representative was brusque, rude, and seemed to know very little about our order. On the day of installation, a representative called to say that the team that was going to do the installation had some truck trouble and was unavailable. They wanted to send another crew at a different time than previously agreed on. Again, the representative was rude. I had a bad feeling about it but decided to let them go ahead and do the installation. Big mistake!!! They did an extremely poor job of matching the pattern and the pattern was not parallel to the walls. Getting the carpet replaced by Home Depot/Carpet Pro took months, and lots of frustration and persistence. Don't let them do your installation!

INSTALLATION HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED DUE TO DELAY IN ARRIVING AT APPOINTMENT. INSTALLERS WERE 6 HOURS LATE! INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB IN INSTALLING DOORS BUT INSTALLER HAD A BODY ODOR PROBLEM.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THEY REMOVED A SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND PUT IN THE FRENCH DOORS. I WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISED AT HOW WELL THEY FIT IN. THE GUY WHEN HE FIRST CAME OUT TOLD ME THAT THE SLIDERS WERE ODD-SHAPED AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO CUSTOM MAKE THE WINDOW. THE PAINT MATCHED EVERYTHING. USUALLY IF YOU ORDER SOMETHING CUSTOM IT TAKES TIME, AND THEY DON'T FIT. THEY FIT RIGHT AWAY, AND THEY STILL FIT GOOD.

THEY HAD A VERY NICE SHOW ROOM TO SEE HOW THE DIFFERENT DOORS LOOKED. THE SALES LADY THAT WE WORKED WITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND THEY WERE VERY, VERY FAST.
