Description of Work: Carpet wrongly installed. Nothing done on time. I try to get the word to everyone NOT to buy carpet from Home Depot. They seem to be doing work in very non=professional ways.

It was way overpriced. The tiling was very good but the cabinets had to be replaced because the workers ruined them. The service was very poor and there was a lack of supervision.
Description of Work: They worked on my bathroom. They replaced the bathtubs.

I'd never have anything installed by Home Depot again. Even the follow-up that was done by the guy's boss was not professional. The installer complained about how much money he was getting paid after asking how much I was charged. He was complaining about his arrangements with the company.
Description of Work: It was our last holiday (President's Day) and I had gone to Home Depot because my water heater had a small leak, I thought I had better get a new one. I saw a sign that said water-heaters installed next day. I ordered a water heater to be installed and made arrangements for the installation. They were supposed to call me at 9am. They called to confirm the appointment and said they would be there between 10 and 2. I got a call saying the driver would be late due to a flat tire. He never showed up. I started calling at 3 about the heater and they kept saying he should be on his way. He called at 5:30 and wanted to know if I wanted my water heater installed. He got there at about 6:30 he said it should take 1 to 1 and 1/2 hrs. He broke off the water valve, which caused 50 gallons to leak into the garage. When he took the water heater off of the truck it was all dented up so he wanted to give me $50 to accept a damaged heater, I said no. He left at 11, the heater was not installed to code.

SALESPERSON DIRECTED US TO THE APPROPRIATE WATER HEATER FOR OUR FAMILY NEEDS AND SET UP DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION THE SAME DAY. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD AND QUICK.
Description of Work: OUR WATER HEATER WENT OUT AND LEAKED ALL OVER THE PLACE. WENT TO HOME DEPOT PURCHASED A WATER HEATER AND THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IT SAME DAY.
