Zack Negrete came and checked our central air system and was able to immediately determine the issue and recommend the necessary corrective action. We found Zack to be highly professional and personable, and more than willing to answer any questions and address our concerns. He cleared the drain lines, cleaned the coils, and took time to make sure we understood how often our filters should be replaced and how to best keep our house cool. Due to Zack’s stellar job performance, we have signed up for a 2 year service agreement with Home Comfort USA.

John did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him. Super thorough. He checked everything out including the attic. He had me go outside to show me everything he did.

Had a fantastic time working with Home Comfort USA. Their associate, Max, was prompt, very professional, and provided a personal touch to his service. He not only identified and repaired broken components of my home air conditioner but also advised outside factors affecting the unit along with advice to improve the unit's performance over its lifetime. The unit went from nonfunctional to running better than it has for years inside of an afternoon. Max went the extra mile to make sure that my family and I were taken care of and to provide a personalized experience. I definitely recommend working with Home Comfort USA.

max the technician was very professional today he came over to fix a noise coming from the air conditioner. during this time I was on the phone with people who I thought were trying to help me! how ever it turned out to be a scam!!!!! max stepped in professionally to assist me because he thought something was going on and was unethical. max got on the phone and started asking questions about who they where and they started panicking and kept requesting to talk to me again. before max got on the phone I gave information I should not have done. max hung up the conversation and helped me call my bank and police department to report the incident. thank you so much home comfort USA for being such a blessing and going the extra mile to secure my safety!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zach was able to come the same day and fix our a/c unit that was not working properly and causing our celing to leak through our home. He is thorough with his work and is very professional.

I was not able to afford all the up keep at this time. Really nice and gave me options but I just couldn’t budget it in. Once my finances get better I will differently call them back to do the work. Honest and helpful. 😄

We purchased our system about 3 years ago from Home Comfort and that experience was fabulous. Since then they are our first call when we want our system serviced. We scheduled service on our AC for this part saturday and Michael the tech was the best in terms of explaining what had gone on with our system (it overheated a weak earlier but we got it working again). He was patient and thorough in his explanation and we look forward to his return visit in October since we are now on a maintenance plan that was very affordable.

This place is a scam! They took advantage of an 86 year-old man, and ripped him off for nearly $700! I wish I could give you negative stars. Here's what happened - They approached my 86 year-old landlord in Lowes and offered him an air conditioning "tune up" for $59, since a record-breaking heat wave was forecast for the coming week. They scheduled for 10:30 am on Friday, but finally showed up 6 hours late. When they finally arrived, they told him that they needed to replace several parts - that's what they charged the $700 for. Then, as soon as they left, the A/C unit stopped working entirely! We tried calling, but they gave us the run-around, saying that the technician wasn't available and no one else could possibly work on the unit. Meanwhile, the heat wave arrived, and the house was sweltering hot and miserable. After several phone calls, they said they couldn't come out until Monday. Monday came and went, and they never showed. We called back, and they said they wouldn't be able to come back to fix it for at least 2-3 weeks. And get this - they actually hung up on me! Well, we finally gave up on "Home Comfort USA" and called another company. They came out today and fixed the unit in approximately 4 minutes. The tech said that they left the unit taken apart, so it couldn't possibly function. Thanks, "Home Comfort USA", for ripping off a senior citizen for $700 and disabling our air conditioner during the hottest week of the year.

My air conditioner wasn't working so I called home comfort USA to come out and tell me what was wrong. Max came out and was very honest and professional he explained to me what was wrong. What shocked me was that max figured out that my breaker had tripped. Thank you for your honesty and for your recommendations.

Very well. Technician, John Ruiz, showed up on time - as scheduled, was very polite, thorough, informative, and very professional. John pointed out some potential safety issues with our aging system and made some recommendations. My wife and I were very impressed with his explanations of his findings in our system as he showed us discrepancies and took several pictures of problem areas that would have been difficult to access. I also want to comment that the installation team, Adam Palazzola and Diego V. were nothing short of outstanding! It only took them 2 days of ripping out the old system and installing the new. Overall - we are very pleased with Home Comfort USA.

All points of service were attended to, Michael Mueller was great at explaining the details of the work that needed to be done, and was very friendly. I would recommend the service to a friend or family.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the work a former company had done installing new duct work and removal of asbestos in our attic. After this job cost us a lot of money the air flow from the vents was terrible. By the time we realized how bad the problem was when the weather became unbearably hot, the company said it was past the 90 days and would not fix the problem without costing us more money. We were weary about calling out another company for fear of having the same problems. We saw an add on a little sticker that came with our paper and decided to call to have a tune-up since it had been over a year since the last disaster. We called Home Comfort and had the maintenance and a new air scrubber installed to help purify the air in our home. It made a huge difference. We also paid to have the yearly maintenance performed. At that time Chris was the technician who quoted us a price to have all the duct work re-done but we thought it was too much money to spend and decided to wait. Bringing us to the present day, Home Comfort had been calling us for several months telling us that we still had one free maintenance visit left that was already paid for. Unfortunately we were unable to make the time for the visit due to many medical problems my husband was facing and with many scheduled doctor appointments. Finally I convinced my husband to let us make an appointment as we were facing another hot and uncomfortable summer and the work needed to be done. At first I was not happy as the first appointment I had scheduled was cancelled and changed to later that week then they tried to cancel that appointment again. I got upset and said I wanted them to send someone even if it was late afternoon. I told my husband here we go again with yet another company that was going to give us the run around. We were pleasantly surprised when a young well-groomed, well mannered technician name John Ruiz showed up to do the inspection. He was very friendly but professional at all times. He checked everything out and then let us know what was needed. Even though he had already cleaned the unit outside he convinced my husband for us to sit down with him and take a look at what he had to offer in the way of a new unit. He thoroughly explained everything with pictures and helped us decide on a unit that best fit our needs as well as being affordable. He answered all our questions and to our surprise was even able to schedule us to have the new system installed the very next day. The installers showed up the next morning on time (Enrique Ceja and his nephew Enrique Ceja) (all in the family) ready to work. They were there 9 hours and I never saw them stop working except for a short lunch break. The Enrique Sr. was very knowledgeable and said he had been in the business for over 20 years. They did an excellent job and stayed make sure the system was working before leaving. John followed up with another visit on his way home several days later to check out the system and make sure we were satisfied with the work that had been done. He even took pictures up in the attic to show us the difference. Now I can honestly say we have a very comfortable flow of air coming from all the vents – even a little to cool at times, but we are very pleased. We would highly recommend Home Comfort USA to anyone looking for quality affordable work done by people that really care. Thank you John, both Enrique’s and Home Comfort for a Job Well Done! Workers were here on time. They prepped, worked diligently, and cleaned up when finished. Later on our service rep Mario G stopped by to see if we were satisfied with everything.
