Description of Work: We have 3 gas fireplace inserts, last March paid to have all three serviced and repaired. Now when attempting to turn them on, two of the three do not work. Informed that it will cost $99 for each to have service person come out to look at them.

+ -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I REALLY ENJOY MY NEW FIREPLACE IT REALLY HEATS MY PLACE UP. MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES THE NEW FIREPLACE. I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A FIRE PLACE FROM HEAT & GLO. I THEN HAD SOME WORKER COME OUT AND GET IT WORKING FOR ME.
