Didn't fix anything I was on vacation at the time when he came out and spoke to my son. I got home and called my home warranty company and they were able to fix the problem without replacement!!!

Andreas provided a thorough assessment of our needs, he explained what we needed to determine from an electrician and gave us a strong estimate. We found he, his crew and Marie-Claude to be fabulous! They are all professional, considerate and clean.

From the initial consultation to installation the team was knowledgeable and had a good understanding of what I had wanted to achieve with our duct system. They explained all options and recommendations clearly. Plus the estimate came in lower than other companies. After the installation, our airflow was balanced and quieter throughout our house. We've been very happy with the result. A year and a half later, our ducts still look and work great. We recently had an inspection while selling our house and the inspector had a couple questions regarding the duct system. I contacted mighty ducts and they were very responsive. They scheduled techs to come out right away. They addressed all the concerns and questions that arose at no additional charge. I was extremely pleased at how accommodating and helpful their staff and techs were. I will definitely contact mighty ducts for any future needs.

The biggest mistake you'll make in getting heating, A/C work done is not using this company. Andreas and his team are as professional as you can ask for and do very clean work. I'm very pleased with the system they installed and thought the price charged was fair. Andreas took care of the city permits, kept the crew on task (they probably didn't need too much direction as they're all squared away) and didn't hesitate if I had a question or concern. Both the city and state inspectors that check the quality of work and the system for efficiency, said they've never seen cleaner work. The quality of work this company provides is what others strive for and most probably pale in comparison. Thanks again for the great job.

They were fabulous and excellent and highly professional. They were on time, cleaned up, everything you told them until initial meeting and through the process was accurate and he was very informative. He taught us quite a bit as far as things that needed to be done and it didn't feel we were having services added just for the sake of being added. He educated us and he was phenomenal. It was the most expensive other than the three I looked at, but he was the most informative and he's wonderful. We're connected. I would use this provider again in the future.

My AC died on one of the hottest days of the summer. Had a repair guy from another company come out to check it out. He did his testing, replaced a capacitor and found that the compressor was dead. So at this point I knew it was time for a new system as ours is not very efficient anyway. Called Mighty Ducts to design my new system based on all the great reviews of Andreas. He came out same day in about two hours from my call. He listened to my ideas and discussed pros and cons of what we were considering for our house. He took the time to educate me enough about HVAC so I felt I could better consider the options for a new system design. After our design discussion he offered to take a look at the current AC to see if it was truly dead. 10 minutes later he had our old system up and working again! He was able to find that the other companies tech had incorrectly wired the changes they made that morning. Needless to say we were very happy as a new system would take several hot weeks of summer waiting for an install. We will be having Andreas install our new system, will review that after install.

Very well done. Did not use this provider but highly recommend speaking with Andreas on any heating and cooling project.

Even though we did not use this company for our HVAC install due to scheduling issues (on my part), I like to say that Andreas was very nice and professional. Andreas ( owner ) took the time to diagnose for free something that no other HVAC company saw in that we had a high static pressure with our air handler due to poor air intake. He was super nice and spent a long time answering all of my questions. He even offer to follow up later if I needed any help after going with a different company. A+ goes to this company and I highly recommended them.

It took them two weeks to schedule an appointment. There were two guys that came and did the work. It took them about 3 hours to complete. I was satisfied with the results. I did have to pay extra for an extra vent.

Andreas came out on time and did a thorough walkthrough. He ended up advising against what I thought we needed to improve performance on our system and recommended redoing the ducts. He explained that they were substantially too small for our furnace/AC. We weren't able to get back with him for a few months, but he honored the original estimate, no questions, and worked with our schedule to get his crew out within just a few days. The crew was excellent. They were supposed to be here between 8-9 AM, and expected to be here most of the day. They arrived right at 8, were friendly, focused and professional. The two-man crew spent a fair amount of time reviewing the layout and formulating a plan. Then, once I signed off, one went to get the supplies while the other did the demo. All day, they were focused and diligent, but not rushed. They wrapped up around 3, went over everything they did, what I should do to fine tune going forward and answered all my questions. They also did a great job cleaning up (including some stuff in the attic that was there when they arrived). Their policy is apparently to leave without anyone knowing they'd been there, and they succeeded. I wasn't thrilled about spending the money on this project (it's not exactly glamorous), but I'm glad I did it and would use Andreas and Mighty Ducts again without hesitation.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with any contractor, EVER! His knowledge, professionalism, and consideration went above and beyond. He came to assess all the problems I was having with my a/c, he was quick to see what needed to be done, and understood my financial predicament, so there was no up-selling at all. He explained very thorough so that even I could understand what the issues were, and with patience, which was much appreciated. I will be using Mighty Ducts, specifically Andreas, for any and all my a/c heating issues in the future!

Prompt, polite, efficient service. No qualms on the work done, although for how little time it took to complete the effort, I expected the price to be at the lower end of the estimate, not the middle which it turned out to be.

Matthew and his assistant were on time. They explained with details what they would do. They were very professional and polite. After they finished they cleaned everything. Another company sent me an estimate of over 5k to make my furnace work and they did it for $374.00

This was a 5 day, labor intensive job. We are very thrilled with the new system, the A/C was wonderful this summer, so quiet, just perfect as was the heater the few times we used it this winter. The following is my overall experience of the installation. The crew consisted of the owner and most days 2 other guys. They were here promptly at 8:00 am and left at 5:00 pm and just stopped to eat lunch. I liked the fact that the owner actually was there most of the time working with his crew. What could have been an unpleasant experience for me, being alone, having men I did not know working in my house for 5 days, cutting holes in the walls, turning my whole routine upside down actually turned out to be a very different experience. The guys were great, polite, personable, and very professional. I never felt uncomfortable with their presence in my home. Very professional operation all around. I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing and never doubted the outcome of the job which I have to say was great. I feel we made a great choice when we chose their company to do the work. I would definitely recommend their company to others and we did just that when my son had them install a new A/C Heating system with all new ducts and registers in his condo in June of 2013 costing around $7,000.00. He loves his new system and felt that they did a very professional job all around. Very pleased with the crew and the care they took in their installation of the equipment and protecting his condo. So thank you Mighty Ducts for the great job you did for us.

Everything went great! I got quotes from actually four other companies, and Mighty Ducts was not only the cheapest, but I liked them the best. And what a great name, right? The owner has a really nice way about him. Maybe his German accent has something to do with it, but nevertheless he did the job when he said he would, it got finalled by the city, and no more HVAC issues. What could be better? Mighty Ducts is easily the best company that I have dealt with from Angie's List!

They were excellent, I couldn't’t have asked for more. They did not have immediate availability so we said we would take anything that opened up. They had something open up and were out within a few days of the initial call. Two technicians came out for the service and finished in a few hours.

A week later they came to clean my eleven vents and my dryer vent. They came out very promptly and were again professional. They did a great job both times. They wore booties in the house and did not make any mess.

The service turned out fantastic. I could not have been happier with the service. I had four bidders on the job, their's was not the cheapest but after sitting with them and going over the plans I felt they were the best choice. They showed up on time and finished the job on time. They were very thorough and clean. I keep recommending them to everyone I know!

I have used Mighty Ducts on three occasions to repair my furnace and air conditioner. The service, workmanship, and price have always been excellent. This company is FAIR and DOES NOT OVERCHARGE. Andreas is very knowledgeable and troubleshoots within minutes.

***DO NOT USE THIS GUY. ITS NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR *** He was a pleasant gentleman at first to work with. We live in a BRAND new house, so we had him install two Nest units. About 6 months later, the upstairs unit wasn't working so we went on the Nest website to find a repair technician. Since he had 17 reviews on there, we thought he would be legitimate. He came to our house and told us that our pressure switch was broken and needed replacement. It was a $10 part. He charged us $170 for labor and came back a week later to fix it. We thought everything had been solved. Then a few days later, the upstairs unit (which he had worked on) was not responding to the Nest. We called him back and asked him to come over. He said he was busy Christmas shopping and couldn't make it. He tried to refer us to another company called Alicia repair to fix his work (since it was a weekend). We waited until Monday and called another company and the rep went into our attic had commented on Andreas work (Andreas is a one man show over there it seems). He has an answering service, and does all the labor himself. He said Andreas should have removed all of the pieces from the furnace, like the extra hosing, the manuals, etc. The only thing you want in the furnace are wires. He then diagnosed that the reason the Nest wasn't connecting was that there was a induced draft motor assembly problem. Most likely, the prior tech had inadvertently broke a screw and water was leaking out. The clicking noise we heard the entire weekend was from the water that was dripping into the pan. He quoted us a $1200 repair bill and a $75 diagnosis fee. He actually did say that Andreas price of $180 to fix the pressure switch was cheap...he would have charged over $400...but then again, he wouldn't have broken the other part. So, we called Andreas and told him what happened. He immediately became defensive and started swearing at my wife and asked to speak to the other tech from the second company. My wife handed the tech the phone and Andreas yelled at him and was very unprofessional. He sweared at him and basically threatened him, trying to find out what company he was from. The tech handed my wife back the phone and my wife (who is an attorney) told Andreas he better fix his mess or we are going to sue him. Well, it looks like we will have to waste our time suing him. He cussed out my wife and told her that she should just use our home warranty to fix the problem. He won't take responsibility for the actions that he caused. Lesson learned. Do you due diligence. Go with larger companies, not guys that hire an answering service and probably carry no insurance. I will NEVER go back to Might Ducts. This scamming outfit is unethical and has wasted a considerable amount of my time and my family's time. Not to mention, we have a one year old who has been suffering from a cold house atmosphere. This guy is a scumbag.

This is the second time I have used Mighty Ducts and I found that they were very professional. Good quality of work, very punctual and responsive. Andreas and his team were very friendly professional and pleasant to do business with. We had a little miscommunication toward the end of the job as what should be included in the original estimate, but was able to resolve it quickly with no problem.
