They arrived on time, very professional. They had given me a flat price on the phone, and they stuck with it. They went up in the attic to check the duct system after they found old droppings, they sealed off the hole they found near the dryer vent exchange where mice might have been able to get it, and they were so professional, it was beyond what I could have imagined. The owner is brilliant about what to do, what to look for and how to repair just about anything. Very very knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly and effectively. He took pictures of the before and after which I will upload when he sends them to me.

Mighty Ducts was very friendly, trustworthy and offered great advice related to the work. They were responsive to my questions and quickly called me back or emailed me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would do business with them again. Great customer service and they even gave me a discounted price for booking one week early.

They were punctual and upfront about the costs. The work itself went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. The owner, Andreas, was very accommodating and gave us a very fair price.

The owner and his assistant showed up on time and ready to work. They moved quickly and were extremely thorough. These guys aren't part time workers with summer jobs; they are pros and seem to really give the job their attention. They walked me through the condition of my heater in the attic, the compressor outside, and gave me detailed advice on air filters. They did not try to upsell me on anything -- in fact, they reassured me that my equipment didn't need replacing. They even installed a new thermostat for me. They worked clean and cleaned up when the job was done. At the end of the job they tested the air particles in various parts of the house and explained the measurements to me. I have just finished a significant remodel of the house and the Mighty Ducts company was one of the best companies I have used, to date. Very friendly guys, too.

Mighty Ducts explained services and gave an estimate over the phone (angie's list customers get a discount) i underestimated the number of vents for the estimate, but it was only a little more when they got here and counted. they were punctual, nice to our doggies, thorough, professional. they finished the work in the promised 3 hours (that included a dryer vent cleanout). cleaned up after themselves and even moved the furniture back. all in all, a very good experience. i had considered calling one of those companies that send coupons to our house, like, doing all the air vents and dryer vent for $50? sounded like a bait and switch or possibly inferior service. economic times are tough, though.

After getting our dryer repaired, it was suggested we get our dryer vent cleaned periodically. I called Mighty Ducts and while they were busy, they were able to fit me in on my scheduled day off from work at 7:30 a.m. They showed up on time and got right to work. The process took about 45 minutes and they even vacuumed behind my dryer. At the end of the job, they offered a 10% discount on the work they did which was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. They were courteous, very friendly, professional and prompt. Even though the home is 11 1/2 years old and never had the duct cleaned, they showed me there was not a lot of lint collected from the duct and thought I would not have to have the duct cleaned on an annual basis as some customers do. I very much appreciate their honesty.

Mighty Ducts showed up on time and proceeded promptly with setting up their equipment for cleaning. They did an outstanding job and were very professional all the time. They explained us in great detail how the system works and why they recommended we change the placement of our filter. The gentleman who led the 2 men crew (who is also the owner of the business) is very knowledgeable. He is also able to address any questions and present you with options and recommendations without pressuring into buying products or services. This company is not one of those that you see advertised in your mailbox, i.e. they won't promise that will do the job for pennies. However, the quality and professionalism is way above other service providers in the field. Even though it migth be a little more expensive that the offers I get in the mail, I will gladly pay more for an excellent quality job and piece of mind.

They were very accommodating with scheduling, punctual, courteous, and quite effective in cleaning out a long dryer vent. In addition, they donned shoe coverings before entering the inside of the property. That was a plus.

The 2 servicemen who came out to clean our vents were professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They did not try to upsell at all. They were careful to protect the hardwood floors and carpet and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even spent time explaining to my young son how some of their tools worked. They showed up on time and worked hard while they were here. The techniques they used to clean the vents seemed very effective. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They were professional and nice. They arrived on time and went over the details of the job with me and my wife. During demolition of the old system, they were very careful to protect my belongings and keep the dust from migrating into other areas of the house. The installation was quick and they even added dampers in the ducts, to add better air flow to all parts of the house, which they just did without charging me. The temperatures in my home is now very even and balanced. They did not push to sell me new furnace, because mine was still in good shape but gave me a competitive quote that is good for whenever the time comes up. Finally they installed a whole house central air purification system and even tested it after installation with a laser particle counter, to substantiate the claims of the unit itself. All in all it was a very pleasant experience , they even left my house cleaner than when they entered. They smile a lot!!!!!!
