Braden arrived on time and looking professional. He was showered and groomed and properly dressed. He arrived ready to tackle the jobs that I had outlined to him when we spoke. He accomplished these tasks easily and quickly. I asked him to tackle a few extra jobs that I forgot to ask about. He didn t bat an eyelash and accepted the extra jobs, which he again accomplished with ease. He s a smart, capable, hard working young man.

Handyman was on time and ready to resolve /correct my problem. He is very nice but there was a disagreement on cost of job. Miscommunication on cost of job. He got somewhat annoyed with what I understood work would cost. If it wasn't for that I would rate him higher but would hire him again providing we agree on cost.
