Description of Work: HandyCrew Services, Inc. repaired our roof overhang area and closed/sealed an outside door that was not used. Rudy arrived right on time to start early AM and started immediately on the roof repair before the summer temp. warmed. Rudy's experience on removing the dry root, repairs, and replacement proceeded with excellent care. His attention to details showed with how smooth it all matched with the existing roof line. The door was sealed with care to details and matched our current outside wall for a seamless flow. Questions to our future projects was answered with a clear sense of his knowledge of small to large request. Will be requesting the services of Handy Crew for additional home improvements. Thank You for Angie's list in providing them for us to agree the other recommendations were right. Being a member now makes it all the reason to stay with Angie's List of products and services. It all started with Ezra Bezalel arrival and patience in our request for scheduling to completion (short time window). Thank you to both Ezra and Rudy to make the entire experience complete and successful.

Description of Work: I had them come out and look at the job and they were very nice. When I got the total price for what I needed I had another quote that was a little less, so I decided to go with that company.

Description of Work: Replaced side garage door and dog door, chalked around tub and sink. He also fixed a door stop and patched a small spot on the wall that the paint was chipping off of. Very professional, work wise and cleaning up which is so important.

Description of Work: Juan is wonderful!!! He works fast and effiecient. He fixed my closet so it is now usuable and it works great!! Juan is wonderfully skilled!!

Description of Work: He did a very good job, but it took him a long time to do what he did in two hours. He also helped me take the old mirrors down, and put them in the garage. But he did a great job.

Description of Work: Pergola tear down and removal. Job went as planned. Dump cost was double anticipation but that is out of their control. Over-all they did the job they were hired to do and in a timely manner.

Description of Work: They were great. Moved several conduit lines for me as part of my garage redo. Nice and tidy work!

Description of Work: Bought the 3 hours for $149 handyman service special. Needed a water heater strapped, smoke detectors installed, and toilet insides replaced. The guy they sent out was really nice and pleasant but did not know the requirements for strapping a water heater, did not know where smoke detectors should go, and the toilet still runs. Had a property inspection and the water heater needs to be redone and the toilet needs to be fixed so they only completed 1 of 3 items properly. Have to hire a full priced plumber now to do what should have been simple jobs.

Description of Work: They demolished the vaulted ceiling. Installed r30 installation and r-tech radiant barrier and electrical for recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. |Then they installed the new ceiling, textured and painted the ceiling and installed the lights and ceiling fan. They hauled away construction debris. |I purchased the three ceiling fans that they installed. The price I sight here does not include the cost of the ceiling fans. Overall, I am quite pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They installed two light fixtures. I purchased a Big Deal earlier in 2014 but did not used it for over six months. When I finally contacted them to schedule the installation, they honored the deal even though it had expired close to a month ago. The young men who showed up on time was very proffetional and courteous, went right to work and finished it in a timely manner although he had to make some adjustments. He offered the extra parts needed for installation, which was very reasonable. I would definitely use their service again. I used professional services through Angie's list 5 times by now but that was the most pleasant experience I had. Thanks.

Description of Work: Aldo arrived on time. He was pleasant and worked fast. My only complaint is that I bought 2 hours work for 99.00 he was done in an hour and 20 minutes and ready to go. I asked before he started- how many outlets he could do in 2 hours. I did not get a response so I handed him one of two boxes of 10 outlets, he said he could do all of those but was silent when I told him I had another box. He fixed a 3 way switch and replaced 10 outlets and left. |Even though I didn't get the two hours it was still a good deal.
