Description of Work: The only reason I'm not giving them an A+ across the board is due to the workers who came out for the first day. The initial (estimate) visit was VERY professional, and the price was good, so I scheduled the work to be done. Unfortunately, the first two men that came out were not very experienced and they turned a 1.5-day job into 4.5 days. I found out later they did not do what I had requested (repair a bathroom floor), and they made a small wall repair job much bigger. However, Nir, has been more than fair in working with me to make sure the job was eventually completed to my satisfaction and I am MUCH happier with the end-result than what I had originally asked for. After talking with Nir several times, I will use them again on my next project (kitchen floors and counters). He stands behind his work, and if it's not done correctly the first time, he will make sure it is finished to your satisfaction.

Description of Work: small repairs about 8 different things. The young man (Juan) was excellent and all work was done well, and he was very enjoyable to have around. I recommended this service when my work was complete. I would certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: Handy Crew was hired to replace my 50+ year old electrical panel. Under current standards the box needed to be moved a bit and that required redoing the stucco as well as replacing the box. There were a few problems and issues that came up with working on such an old system. Handycrew was quick to react and their repair work made things look better than new. Very impressed with their ethic and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Description of Work: Juan was excellent, very professional. He installed several smoke alarms, two toilets, many lightbulbs, toilet paper dispenser, moved 2 large televisions and programmed the garage door opener. I plan to use this company in the future, very happy with the work!

Description of Work: Hired them to put in an interior door between to rooms. They put the "pre-hung door" in by deconstructing it and putting it in wrong. In the end he had to remove all his work and redo to get the door in the correct position. I would not hire them again. |

Description of Work: They put a mesh cover on my atrium, put screens over my rain gutters, fixed some siding, and repaired a beam. |My only issue was they charged me extra without asking. They had a special offer for 8 hours of work. I had already given them a list of projects. Before starting, he asked if there was anything else I wanted done if there was time. I gave one extra thing which he did first. They went over the amount of time and never asked if that was ok. He did discount the charge, but I think there was a communication problem.

Description of Work: The young man was eager to be finished before the 8 hours were up. He arrived at 9AM and wanted to leave at 4PM as he had an appointment, arranged by the boss, in Long Beach. I insisted he return for two more hours. He told me most customers do not hold them to 8 hours. AT $45 an hour I hold them to the agreed upon time. Strange he would even mention this.
