+ -1 moreOverall experience was questionable. I don't think I will use this company. The service person was polite but I am not sure of his assessment.
Description of Work: I selected this company from Angie's List and was quite puzzled with my experience. My previous service person is no longer in business, and I always had my air/heating checked every six months and was told my equipment was good for a very long time. When Fenco came to check my air/heating, he said I needed a entire new system which would cost several thousand dollars. The entire time he spent checking my system totaled no more than 5 minutes, if even that much time. I am quite puzzled with his assessment as he did it so quickly. His service charge was $29.99, which is quite reasonable, but I did not feel comfortable with such a quick assessment of my equipment.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY WHO DOES OUTSTANDING WORK. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I PAID A GREAT PRICE FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I WAS PROVIDED WITH.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY AIR DUCTS.
