I needed help opening my French door which has a double cylinder lock on it. I had lost the keys to it. I called a few companies and Sergio quoted me the best price and said he could do it the same day. I was impressed with Sergio when I met him and I felt confident that he was fair and would do a great job., which he did. He also was very kind to lubricate the other locks I have. This is an honest man and a fair company and I highly recommend them.

I explained my situation and Sergio said he can help and will be onsite within 45mins. Arrived in 30 minutes and completed work order in 1 hour.

I called in the morning and dead bolt was repaired by 1:00 pm. Sergio explained the problem and fixed it.

The front door locks were not working. It was a very old lock. He took it apart and said it needed cleaning and lubricating, nothing was missing or broken. So he worked on cleaning and lubricating it and put the lock back in the door and tried all locks and they worked fine except for one that was hanging up a bit. He ground down a bit of the lock that was hanging up and made it easier to go in and out and not hang up. Sergio was efficient, personal and very informative and the price seemed reasonable. We would hire him again.

Just simply easy to execute

He was a half an hour late but he did call to let me know, which I appreciate. He was able to remove the broken key from inside the lock and was also able to fix other locks. He was professional and friendly. Very reasonably and fairly priced. I would hire him again if the need arose. I recommend this company.
