You can't find a better locksmith than Sergio! We needed to install three mortise locks on pocket doors in a remodel. Our contractor decided that it was okay to put the doors in the wall first and to install the mortise locks later -- that's really not optimal but we didn't learn that until later. Sergio was willing and capable of installing the mortise locks in place. He had the right jigs and tools. He is very, very detailed oriented. He is very, very neat. His final work was entirely first rate. He was a pleasure to work with. We'll have him back for some re-keying work after our remodel is done. You can't go wrong with Sergio.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and patient. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a part that had come out of the lock mechanism. repaired it and confirmed the lock was working correctly. Outstanding service and a great value for the money.

The cylinder in my gate was broken due a poor design in my gate (constant slamming). I called about the cylinder, but they were so great and fixed the root cause of the broken lock to prevent any further damage. I m so pleased! Thank you!
