 + -1 moreIt went very well. The guy who came to measure was quick and accurate. When the installers arrived that morning, they went right to work. They came with the wrong type of transition strip-rather than the metal we had wanted what is called a z-bar, which rolls the carpet edge under and looks very nice on hardwood floors, which is what we have in the rest of the house. They were able to switch with no trouble. They did a great job installing, were very quick and clean and even vacuumed before they left.
Description of Work: Carpet installation for four bedrooms.

 + -1 moreTHE CONSULTANT WAS NICE AND VERY THOROUGH. IT ACTUALLY TOOK QUITE A BIT LONGER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. THERE WAS A LOT MORE TO MEASURING THAN I THOUGHT. AFTER I THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED I HAD TO WAIT 75 DAYS FOR MY SHUTTERS (STANDARD FOR CUSTOM SHUTTERS...BUT I WANTED THEM RIGHT AWAY!).
Description of Work: A CONSULTANT CAME OUT TO MY HOME ON (2) OCCASIONS. FIRST TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS AND (2) FOR ME TO SELECT THE STYLE OF SHUTTERS AND SIGN A CONTRACT.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY GOOD, THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. IT REALLY CAME OUT NICE. THEY INSPECTED EVEN AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED BY THEIR OWN PEOPLE. THEY WERE REALLY ON TOP OF THE JOB. THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT SOMEONE TO FIX A DRAWER WHEN IT WOULDN'T COME OUT RIGHT. THEY WERE REALLY PROFESSIONAL.
