Description of Work: A drain pipe from upstairs shower was leaking. John was able to find it without major damage to garage drywall and the split was fixed. He recommended a pressure valve as the water pressure to the house was very high, and returned the next day to install it. |All work was performed in a very professional manner, and John insured that all was in good working order before he left. I have no hesitation in calling John in the future for any plumbing needs/issues.

+ -1 moreReferred to us by large appliance repairman. Called him late in the day and he was here the next day. We were able to tell him what the dishwasher repairman thought the problem was. It was in fact what we had been told. He was here and done very quickly. He was very efficient and most personable too. Will call him again for any future plumbing.

After contacting the manufacturer, they were willing to send a replacement part for what they believed to be the problem (which turned out would have been the wrong part!) The gentlemen at Drain-Rite were very professional, explained how the warranty worked and arrived at the designated time. We will use them again and advise our friends to use them if they are in need of the services they provide
Description of Work: The thermalcouple was defective and needed to be replaced.

+ 0 moreThe job went better than I had ever hoped. The Drain Rite folks ordered the new water heater as soon as I called and came out and installed it the next day. While they were there they also fixed the leaky outside faucets and the drain pipe to the bathroom sink. They ordered the hardware for the Roman tub and sink, helping me pick out faucets that would look well with my bathroom decor. As soon as the hardware came in they immediately came out and installed it.
Description of Work: This is a family owned plumbing business. When my water heater went out I called Drain Rite and the owner and his son came out immediately. They replaced the water heater in short order. While they were there I also had them make some minor repairs to the outside faucets. When they were testing the new hot water heater they discovered that the drain to my bathroom sink was draining into the cabinet drawer. This was also fixed in short order. I had them order new hardware for the Roman tub and sink, something I had been planning to do for years. As soon as the hardware came in they came right out to my house to install it. Installing the sink hardware was extremely difficult because of the designer cabinet but they tackled the job and the bathroom now is functional and looks great. I highly recommend the Drain Rite team to anyone who needs plumbing services.

+ 0 moreJohn spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the issues I will probably face as we go into this re-model. He gave me excellent advice about different areas of my plumbing that should be taken care of (areas that he does not do himself). He even gave me a list of people from different trades that he personally recommends for things like drywall, electrical etc.I appreciate that he is honest about what really needs to be done and does not push me to have things done that are not necessary. He is always there when I need him. We will call him back when we open up the wall to repair the broken air vent pipe.
Description of Work: Drain-rite is absolutely fabulous. John, the owner and plumber, is excellent and professional.I have a major leak under my kitchen sink that was running water over an outlet, under my cabinets and into another room.We are going to re-do the kitchen anyway. John came out and did a temporary fix, until the time comes for us to take out the cabinets & drywall to make the permanent fix. He snaked the plug in the drain, determined that low water pressure was probably the culprit. I can run water in my kitchen again without water going to all the wrong places (at least until we remove the cabinets and the sink to open up the wall).

+ -1 moreThey were efficient, timely and offered advise on things needed and not needed in regard to shut off valves and hoses. The work was done neatly and they cleaned up after themselves - which I appreciated and which should be expected of professionals. There was a slight water leak, at the new faucet hookup, which did not appear until they had left my house. I called them and they responded a while later and took care of the problem - just an adjustment. I was very pleased and will definitely use them for future problems and projects. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: We had a faucet fixture replaced and had a small leak repaired in the piping into our water heater.
