Very quick, fast and friendly. Great communication and very very prompt response. Reasonably priced and will recommend his services anyone.

Drainmasters came out first thing in the moring at the promised time and I paid exactly what was quoted to me. He took care of my blocked pipe and even adjusted both toilets free of charge. I would definitely call Drainmasters in the future.

Brian was great, called me literally within seconds of submitting our request. The thing I liked about him compared to other plumbers is that he was willing to talk to me about the problem rather than just give me a price. He went under our house to find out what the problem was, something other plumbers weren't willing to do so I wonder how they came up with their quote anyway. Then he discussed my various options with me knowing I couldn't spend a ton of money. Very professional, very personable, will definitely be hiring him to come back and do then next step of the job. The Drain Masters team was great. Brian called me immediately after I submitted my request. He was available to visit me the same day within a few hours. Then someone from the office called to confirm the appointment. Then Eric arrived early for the appointment, gave me a reasonable quote and completed the work within 1 hour. My sink is working great!

The owner of Drain Masters Plumbing, Brian, showed at my door on time. He's a very friendly guy who goes the extra distance in explaining what a repair involves in part and labor, and his prices are extremely competitive. He replaced 2 wax ring on 2 toilets and even agreed to wait while we bought 2 new toilets the same day in order to replace the existing ones. I would use them again.
