Brian and his team are superb. They are timely with their response and very informative and knowledgeable. We had previously gone through two other plumbers, which tried to do nothing but upsale and overcharge a consumer that was in need of emergency service. Brian not only quoted us a price, but actually came under budget because they got the work done sooner...have you ever heard of a contractor doing that? They have much intergrity and left the work site spotless when they left. I would most definitely call them again and certainly refer them to other individuals. Good job guys!

Came out on a Saturday at no additional cost, was on-time, and very thorough in reviewing my problems. I really appreciated his ability to analyze my situation, suggesting ways to avoid future issues and with combining several activities in one visit to reduce my total cost . Very friendly and quick to complete all tasks. Very quick to respond to my service request and easy to get a hold of when needed. One year warranty on all work added to my peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to all my friends who had similar plumbing needs!

The father and son team of Brian and Eric at Drainmasters were a pleasure to work with. They are professional and capable with a dedication to customer service that�s rare in this day and age. They successfully repaired our leaky shower without increasing the budget despite complications, and did several other small repair and replace projects in our home. They even helped us out by snaking our laundry drain on the way out. We�ll definitely hire Brian and Eric again.

Brian came to my place on time and was very helpful in installing my garbage disposal and shower head. He gave me very helpful advice for caring for the garbage disposal and any clogs to my sinks. I would definitely use Brian's services again.

They were awesome! Brian called me within seconds of putting in my request with servicemagic. They came out and fixed my leak. They were very neat and clean - even asked me for a sheet to cover my furniture so it wouldn't get dirty while they worked. Very professional and reasonablly priced.

Brian was great. He came to my house within 20 mins from another job as I was frantic with water all over my bathroom floor from a plumming emergency. Eric called me very shortly after I made the request online. He was very proactive in obtaining as much information as possible over the phone to give me some idea of what the problem is. What I found was great is that Drain Masters doesn't charge to come out and give an estimate...so, there really isn't any obligation or pressure. He came out the same day I spoke with him, explained in detail what the issue was and gave a very reasonable cost for the work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and clean. Highly recommended and will use again for any future plumbing issues.

Brian was very knowledgible with the MOEN product. He installed the facet quickly and made the hook-up convenient for me to change filters. He took the tiime to explain the system to me and replaced a broken cap on the overflow valve (no charge) I will be using this company in the future.
