Fantastic service. Explained everything well and quoted a reasonable rate. Work was performed beautifully. Would use them again and again. Have recommended to friends as well.

Very good pricing and very honest. Also, Eric took time out on a Saturday to check out a so called hopeless clog that another plumbing co. claimed needed a new line re-route which would have cost thousands. Eric managed to snake it out for only 100.00! Now I will be able to afford do my other bad tub soon and I am very grateful! Also, the new tub type he recommended is fantastic, love it.

I contacted your service in April but did not do the project till July. I contacted Brian Michaud at Drain Masters Plumbing and found him to be very informative, which saved me some money. He was also very professional. I have needed him again for another problem and again he offered me suggestions of ways to save money on some of my plumbing concerns. I am very pleased with his prompt service.

Responded imediately. were able to come to my home the same day. Cost was $79. They were only able to fix the sink problem, but not the toilet or vent pipe over stove. Only took about 5 min to tighten the spigot with proper tool....I would say average service. Seemed in a hurry, but got advise on how to fix toilet issue of not enough water to flush properly

Drain Masters Plumbing was quick to respond, gave us a free estimate, came when they said they would, finished all the work when they said they would even after we added extra work. They were friendly and professional. It feels great to have a plumber that we can trust and rely on.

Brian was very prompt and responsive. He called me within a hour of my request. He came the next day for an estimate and did the work agreed for the estimated amount. He did a good job. He was aware we were putting a large water heater in a small closet and he increased the phone estimate by $100 for this which I feel was fair. It was a challenging job and he kept bringing that up. Other than that, he did a great job. I give him 5 stars for results and cost effectiveness.

Brian was wonderful, we had a gas leak to our outdoor BBQ and he was able to send his son out within an hour to cap it off. Very professional and will use him again when we are ready to rerun the gas line.

I'm just sorry that there isn't a rating higher than 5 Stars! What an extraordinary experience! They responded immediately, gave us a fair quote and finished the job in a timely manner. They really know their trade. We were so pleased with their work that when we had another problem, they were the first ones we called! Again, superior work! Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I wanted to finally get something out there for people to see that you are the best...and we have had a lot of issues in the past! You are a permanent number in our cell phone now! IWe are very happy and strongly recommend Drain Masters!!!

Brian is not only a reliable great plummer but a good person as well. He has completed to jobs for me in our relationship and he is now the only plummer I will ever call.

Was able to recognise the problem over the phone. Came on time and fixed the problem as intended.

The plumper was on time. He also called a few minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way. He knew what he was doing. His rates were reasonable, in fact charged me less then the quote. He completed the job quickly. I needed my bathroom faucets replaced and he did a great job. I am very happy with the work he did.
