Description of Work: On Saturday, 04/27/2013 I called the Denkers 800 number and left a detailed message that one of the rollers was jumping the aluminum track- frequently causing the door to malfunction and eventually shut down. I told Denkers that they installed the whole door on June 30, 2011, and that I had called about the same roller jumping the track about a year later. I was able to get the door into the closed position meaning that the repairs could wait until Monday 04/29/2013. I waited for Denkers to call me on Monday, but they did not bother to return the call so I went to Angie's list for another company. I reached a highly rated company and in a few hours the door was fixed and adjusted accordingly. Today is May 2 and I have had no trouble with the door since the other company worked on it. I learned that cheap rollers were installed when the whole door was installed. I had the second company install ball-bearing rollers and discard the cheap original rollers that came with the door. The aluminum was positioned in such a way that it no longer sliced and chopped away at the old rollers. I cannot do business with a company that will not return my telephone calls. I knew the warranty had expired so I was prepared to pay for the necessary repairs.

Description of Work: Our garage door would not open. They were friendly and professional and came out very quickly. The work was done in a timely manner and more importantly, it was done correctly.
