Claudia is amazing. After 4 months of remodel, painting etc. our business needed a desperate clean up of various areas. Claudia and her assistants went above and beyond expectations. Our office looks and feels wonderful having been given such a thorough cleaning by her. She is very courteous, professional, on time and very trustworthy. I will definitely be using her in the future and recommend her without any hesitation.

They arrived as promised with all necessary equipment to do the job. When finished did a walk-through to be sure all areas were done to my satisfaction.

initially claidia was ver responsive. she confirmed date and time, number of workers and time frame to complete work. 3 workers 6-7 hours. The day she came it was only her and one more worker was on her way because the original two had cancelled. When I returned I paid her, she said if anything was missed to call her and she would come back to take care of it. Once she left we saw streaks on the freshly painted walls and cabinets had been overlooked in kitchen and hallway. I text her and let her know the about the streaks on the walls and she said "I don't know what to say", but that she would come back some time the following week. The week went by and no show. I text her several times after and never recieved a response. This was a post construction cleanup that was for the most part dusting and wiping down. She must of sprayed a cleaning solution on the walls, when all it required was a duster. I would not hire her due to her lack of knowledge on what products to use in specific areas and her lack of professionalism to address the problem. I ended up having to call back the painter to paint the walls and we ended up cleaning the cabinets that were missed.

They did an excellent job. They are trustworthy, prompt and professional.
