+ 0 moreMichael Chirco came out to help it was my smart thermostat installation. We ran into some issues and he was very persistent and diligent in trying to resolve the issue. I never once felt that he was rushing to leave or frustrated about the issues I was having. Considering that he came out on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, I was so impressed that he was willing to follow through and ensure the project was completed. Even though we were not able to reach resolution that day due to circumstances that were outside of his control, he kept following up with me after, to ensure that proper steps were being taken to complete my project. I really appreciate Michael's strong work ethic and dedication and his genuine care about me as a customer.
