Fantastic. All 3 staff I was in touch with were professional and super helpful. Bryce who did the inspection was so polite, called to say he'll be there in half hour, found my condo and knew exactly what the situation was when he inspected and gave me good advice. I had total confidence in him. I was amazed that I called and within an hour and a half the inspector was here! Also Matt on the phone and Brittany online were professional responsive and helpful. Very grateful!

Great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend. I appreciated the calls and notifications of their arrival times. Ron the Field Inspector provided a thorough report, answered all my questions, and didn’t use any scare tactics and high pressure sales. Everyone was incredibly responsive, professional, alleviated any and all concerns that I raised. Jose and on-site team were prompt and efficient in their work. Pricing was comparable to others quotes.

He came within a couple of days of my call did the inspection and sent a full report within a couple of days after that. I was very happy with the work performed

I contacted ChemFree Exterminating for an estimate on treatment on our home and additional structures (patio) for termites. They quickly responded via phone and sent out a representative within two days. The inspection was thorough and they provided estimates for treatment, repairs to the structures, and for future treatments. The treatment work was set for one week later. All services were conducted by professional employees who were courteous and responsive. We will contract with them for the repair work and I have set up annual treatments going forward.

Very well, this is the second time I have hired this company.

They did a good job and they were helpful and accommodating. Also they’re pricing was much more reasonable than the other termite companies that quoted.

They arrived promptly, were professional and polite, informed me that the bugs i had seen were not termites, and that fumigation was not necessary.

ChemFree was very professional providing excellent service: from ease of making the appointments, the first for the inspection and estimate, the second for the work undertaken. I'd wanted only non-toxic materials to be used, and Bryce, after a through inspection discussed where the termites were, and how the materials would be used. A few days later, Junior, the young professional returned (at the agreed time) to do the work. Several times he stopped to ask me if I wanted this or that done. Prompt, professional, superior company. I so highly recommend them that I send their contact information to a friend.

They were a little late arriving due to circumstances of previous job. Otherwise very professional, cleaned up after the job was done. Good communication on timing with team leader.

The fascia that was attached to the aluminum patio had to be replaced due to termite damage. I assumed that they would replace the board . Instead they cut out a notch from the wood so they would not have to remove the patio. I said I was not happy with that, so they will be coming back to remove the board and replaced it. The cost of tenting our house was reasonable . For a 1450 sq ft house, it cost $1700. The wood replacement was much more expensive $1400. I was willing to pay this knowing that removal of the patio would be time consuming. This is why I was upset that they used a shortcut the first time. Daniel wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work, so he is sending his crew out to perform the work the correct way.

They did a great job. I have no complaints. They actually did some things that weren't discussed in the contract, but the people working the job did free of charge. Their price was excellent. Yes, I would use this company again in the future.

It was pretty pricey. On the price, it's was pretty pricey. They use organic pesticide that doesn't kill animals and stuff. It's a little pricey, but I think it's worth it because all of the review I saw. We didn't run the price, they offer a year guarantee and after that, it's a real small discount for recurring deposit. The quality is good.

The fumigation process went well. From Bryce arriving on time for the inspection and the crew supervisor finding a food bag and medicine I forgot to tape up everything went smoothly. I recommend ChemFree

It went very well; I scheduled an initial visit to get an estimate to fumigate the house and I received a very competitive price and I liked the fact that ChemFree does not subcontract their workers for fumigation. I called a week ahead to schedule the fumigation to start on a Wednesday. I was delivered the Nylofume bags and preparation instructions on Friday which gave me plenty of time to bag my food and other items. The fumigation process went very smoothly and the workers communicated very well with me. I was able to re-occupy my house by Friday mid-morning and I am glad that all the termites are now exterminated. I would definitely recommend ChemFree for termite extermination needs.

The team was on time and efficient. Team showed up on time and got to work immediately. We have Spanish titles for our roof and the team took care when working on the roof. I'll be working with ChremFree for all my future needs, including our annual sub-terrain termite treatment.

Chemfree was very responsive and timely. I called several eco-friendly pest control companies and Chemfree was the only company who could come out to inspect the residence within 48 hours. The technicians were very attentive and respectful. They did a great job. I would hire Chemfree again.

These guys were great! I've used them twice now, for two separate properties and we've been happy with each experience. Bryce was the specialist that came to our place recently. He was very patient, working with both me and our tenants, which I'm sure can be time consuming and frustrating. When we had an issue with the time frame, he was more than willing to work with us. He was very accommodating. He made sure we had no questions and if we did, he immediately returned any calls. I love that they have natural alternative options as well. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.
