Scott Gibson, the owner of this franchise painting contractor, arrived on time for our morning appointment. Of the three contractors I invited to bid on the job, he was the only one that was on time and to measure the rooms (via laser beam - cool). These measurement were used by Certapro's computer application to estimate costs and print out a very competitive on-the-spot proposal. Scott explained how the paint would be applied and why, and suggested the type of paint that would be best for the rooms. The most important suggestion was to "get paint samples on the walls." He was absolutely right, it made a big difference. On the first day of the job, Scott did the initial walk through with his workers and provided them with detailed instructions. The painters went about their work with speed and efficiency that spoke well of their experience and training. All the floors and furniture were covered with plastic sheeting and the painters wore booties at all times. In addition, the painters informed me of their daily schedule. One painter, the foreman, did all the brush work for cutting while the other did the rolling. A small amount of demolition was done and was invisible after the excellent patching they did. About half way through, I didn't think they would be done on time but in fact they finished early. At the end of the job, Scott performed his own inspection and directed some minor touch ups which left nothing for me to find. Overall, the job from beginning to end was performed in a very professional manner.

Worked with the Regional Manager - James, very professional, and he quickly responded to me whether it was via phone, email and even texts. Had some concerns with paint and shadows but in the end, it all came together and we are very satisfied. Even the owner of the company, Scott contacted me and I was very appreciative that my concerns were addressed at such a high level. The workers, Andres and Manny did an excellent job of painting and re-touching where I had said concerns. They cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and we never had a problem with messes or anything in the way. Unfortunately, we weren't available for the final inspection, but James made it very easy with texting photos and he even went out of the way to fix some broken screws in the house numbers. The whole company really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied right down to the last details.

Came out to estimate my painting project but didn't know what do about peeling paint on cabinets, said he needed to speak with his lead painter. Which tells me he lacks experience yet estimates projects... Said he would send me a quote in a few days but two weeks later no quote. Ok if he doesn't want the job at least call me let me know so I don't have to wait of an estimate. Complained about all the edges and corners to paint the bathroom, said he would rather paint a living room because it so much easier. He doesn?t paint, his crew does the work, Obviously this guy was never in sales or maybe he was and that?s why he bought this business. I don?t recommend this company.

The owner, Scott, came to my home very quickly after calling for an appointment. He measured all of the square footage to be painted to get an exact number for the bid. Within 24 hours, Scott emailed me a three page bid which included statements on insurance, work to be completed, expected completion dates, and the names of the crew that would do the work. It was very meticulous and complete. The work was completed on time, professionally, and in the manner that Scott promised. The crew worked until 8pm one of the evenings to make sure that they finished on time. They, also, checked in with me frequently to make sure that the job was meeting my expectations. When the crew was finished, their clean-up was perfect. I did not find one speck of dripping or spilled/sprayed paint anywhere that it was not intended to be. I would highly recommend Scott and his team for all painting jobs. This is a first-class company that takes pride in their work.

It went fine. They were professional and made their appointment very punctual. They gave us information that they promised to give us on a timely manner.

Scott Gibson provided a prompt estimate with two alternative prices for compliance with a homeowner's association violation notice. He said that his crew would first try to repaint a stained fascia board to match the existing trim for $295, and if it didn't match they would paint all of the wood trim on the front of the house for $1532. Scott took a chip from the fascia and was able to obtain an excellent match. The stucco wall trim was also painted to maintain water sealing. The painter was courteous and competent.

Emailed company for an appt... was contacted the same day by Scott Gibson, Owner. We scheduled an appt a few days out... Scott arrived on time. Very detailed 1st meeting, went over the paint used, the stucco patches that were needed on the house, painting the covered patio and shed in the back. We were very impressed by Scott's knowledge and professional manner. Decided to go with CertaPro Painters Yorba Linda and was very glad that we did. Paul, came out to patch and repair the stucco on the places that were needed. Our home has a knocked-down texture and Paul matched the texture perfectly ... Ready for painting Richard and Sergio were the painters on the job. They arrived on the time scheduled, removed the light fixtures, doorbell button, address numbers, etc. Masked off the doors and windows when they were working on the portions of the house. At the end of the day, they would remove all the plastic, sweep up any mess made & neatly place their equipment in the corner of the patio. They both were very detailed and took pride in their work. When it came to work on the back of the house and paint the covered patio they even covered the pool with plastic. They were a wonderful crew and representative CertaPro Painters to the highest standards. When the job was completed Richard & Sergio walked the job with us, asking if we had any questions. We were very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the products and the overall job was wonderful. Highly Recommend CertaPro Painters of Yorba Linda.

The job went very well. Scott came to our home and wrote up the contract. He even purhcased some things to make the bathroom look more modern. He bought a new medicine chest which was greatly appreicated. We had some new fixtures in the garage. The Painter put them into place. I have only one suggestion. The Painter needs to ask the home owner where they want the fixutres reattached. My son in law is a Painter but he lives far away. He said your Painter did a good job! I enjoy the light color that makes the room look larger. I do have more jobs for you to do. I just have to wait for the buget to give me permission. I had them give me an estimate for my 5 bedroom home. They seem very costumer oriented. But I felt that this particular franchise owner isn't as experienced but I am sure his actual painters are experienced. Their price is obviously on the higher end but with that I would expect them to have a good quality of work and service.

This project was one of the smoothest remodeling/repair projects we've done on our house....ever! The owner, Scott, was very responsive when we first called for a quote and was able to meet with us at our home after work when it was convenient for my husband and I to both be there. He followed up with his bid promptly and was able to get the job completed very quickly. I am very happy with the job they did, the professionalism of the crew and the ease with which the project was managed. I would recommend them for any painting job, interior or exterior.

We found Scott and CertaPro on HomeAdvisor. Scott and his crew were great! We needed to have my mother-in-laws house painted, as she is 81 years old, and Scott returned my inquiry same day and setup an appointment the next day to come give us an estimate. He was on time, professional and courteous. We felt comfortable right away. He explained the whole process, pointed out a few areas of the fascia and stucco that needed some repair (he did this before starting the estimate, instead of changing the price later like other contractors we've had) and how long it would take to finish the job (he promised to finish on time, and did!). What impressed us the most was his concern that the crew not interrupt her day-to-day activities and that she was comfortable while the work was being done. From beginning to end, my wife and I were impressed that the painting crew was very clean, leaving things neat and tidy each day, and went so far as to vacuum up all the paint chips at the end. It was a great experience! They painted the entire exterior of my house in two days and it looks amazing. I would absolutely call them again. Everything went well with excellent communication throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, did a great job and everything was cleaned up nicely when they left. Scot and all of his people provided the best customer service I have experienced when it comes to working with painters. I am extremely pleased with the service we got from CertaPro Yorba Linda and I would definitely use them again.
