Cal Rep did a great job from the day I got the estimate until the day I got the windows/doors installed. They were punctual, professional, and were very tidy when the work was done. This was the 3rd time I have used them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We first visited the showroom and were impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the owner. She took her time to explain the features of various brands and styles with us. The estimator (Jimmy) came to our house, did a thorough job and helped us to make decisions. So far, absolutely no pressure from anyone. We compared their price to several other places and they were the most competitive. We placed the order, the windows were ready earlier than promised, and the installation was just completed. The install crew was professional and thorough. Great workmanship and a complete clean up when they were done. When our budget allows to replace some other windows, we won't hesitate to use Cal Rep again.

Overall, it was a great experience. I will write another review once the work has been completed.

California Replacement was the ONLY company that would even do the work I needed because it was a repair & such a small job. If they have not fixed my window it would still be broken because I was only turned away by several other companies who wanted to replace the entire window for a minor repair! Technician was not only on time but early in spite of the rain that day. He tried to be very clean and wipe his shoes. He was polite & quick with his work. Throughout the entire process Juli kept in touch with me via email & phone. She was the only company that called and actually talked to me about what I needed. She was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We are so grateful! Thank you!!

Jimmy did a great job in providing us with the initial details of our estimate. Joel is one of the owners and came by later to measure our kitchen windows for the custom framing and sills. We enjoyed our interaction with them. Everyone we talked with at Cal-Rep Anaheim were very cordial. The crew, Jeff, Jose, and Libel arrived as scheduled and worked fluidly and flawlessly. They were very experienced and did an excellent job, without any hiccups. We are very pleased with the work and customer service we received. Our 1970's home now holds the heat better and blocks out more street sounds. I am able to sleep more soundly now. We love the French doors in the dining room. It brings more character and charm to the room. Our friends and neighbors are also impressed with the quality, workmanship, and pricing we received.

I normally do not like to write reviews but the experience I had with CalRep, I feel that they deserve it. From start to finish, CalRep was very easy to work with. Jimmy the sales rep provided us a very competitive quote with no added sales pressure. Once we signed the contract, Sandy called within days to schedule an install date. I was very surpised they were able to get them in 2 weeks. Jeff and his crew did an amazing job, on time and very clean. We love our new windows and door. Right away we can tell the difference from our old crummy aluminum windows and sliding door. We replaced them with Milgard Tuscany windows and sliding door.

Install went very well. Team was very professional. Pretty big job. I think it was four guys working for two days to get them all done. Excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy. Could not be happier with the finished product or the process with Cal Rep windows. Definitely would recommend Juli, Sandy, Jimmy, Mike and the rest of the team for any door/window project.

I had originally been scheduled for an afternoon installation, but they called to see if I could have an early one instead. The time frame was between 8 and 10:00. They came about 9:00, got right to work and had the whole thing finished in about an hour. The job looks great and looks like it has always been there. I'm very satisfied.

This was the third of three bids I obtained. I checked the licensing of all prospective companies, the BBB and previous customer referrals. By far John from Cal Rep was the most professional and his companies credentials were superior to the other two I obtained. In a follow-up call John shared he could have my new windows installed before Christmas and he did it!!! I love my new windows, I live just off a 6 lane major street and the vehicle noise would keep me awake at night. Now I sleep without a problem. Probably the best news is my home stays warmer and the heater doesn't run as much during cold weather and stays cooler during warmer weather. Thank you John for your honest, courteous and professional presentation and follow through!!!!

I researched installation companies and products and found that CalRep was highly respected and received positive feedback on Angies list and the internet. Very pleased with the price and the quality of the installation. I have a few more windows to replace in the future and will definitely use California Replacement Window again.

The owner, sales rep, and all service people were wonderful from start to finish. Particularly notable was their ability to hear the details of what I wanted and to provide it. Excellent service, product, and price.

I think they were a qualified and a great company. I had a minor problem with one window that they installed and they were able to come quickly and fix it for me. They were no hitches in the installation and they completed the work in one day. I did a lot of searching and I got quotes from at least 4 or 5 companies, but they were the cheapest. I would use them again in the future.

It was a positive experience from beginning to end. They came out to measure, remeasured, and put all the orders in. They were on time, stuck to the schedule, and cleaned up afterwards. There were a couple small problems with the actual products, and they worked hard to correct those for us in a timely manner with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company.

From the moment of obtaining quotes to project completion, John, Juli, and their team were always prompt, courteous, informative, and professional. I went through several window and door installers and these guys always came out on top in my book. For example, when I was getting bids, they were the only ones who took off their shoes before coming into our house (I didn't have to ask!). This was important to me because we have little kids running/crawling around and we try to keep our floors as clean as possible. I thought then that If they pay attention to that, my guess is their team would be sure to be careful with our belongings inside or outside of our house. Sure enough, during installation, they had put drop cloths along the paths they would be frequently walking over. Again, they were very sensitive to not damaging or soiling anything in our house. Another thing that differentiated them was that I just didn't feel any sales pressure. Other companies are trying to promote their "deals" in order to get a sale right away. After visiting with me, they sent me their quote right away - other companies took greater than a week. My thinking is, if they generate a lot of business, generating quotes should be relatively quick and easy - why would other companies not be able to generate quotes sooner? They made great suggestions on which window types would best suit us and which brand would be best. I had many questions which they answered completely and were very informative about the pros and cons about different windows. After researching on the internet and visiting various showrooms, we ended up picking what they recommended (Simonton) because of the quality, more window space, and less vinyl. Windows and doors were installed in less than a week and we didn't encounter any problems. The installers were great and the job done was top notch. They cleaned up after themselves, and were always very accommodating. We didn't encounter any leaks after the rains. Our home is quieter and more comfortable. They didn't ask for any down payment (or any payment whatsoever) until everything was completed. To summarize, we had 25+ double-pane windows installed and 2 french doors to replace sliders. My neighbors highly recommended them, people on Angie's list highly recommended them, and I highly recommend them as well. You can't go wrong with these guys.

They were wonderful and the owner even came out to check on progress and to make sure everything was going to our satisfaction. One of the guys that were working here noticed that the screen on one of our sliding glass doors was not latching properly so he even fixed that for us. I will use them again in the future.

I have researched windows a lot. I have used other companies and other products, but California Replacement, is who I will use again. Their pitch and performance were consistent. I wish I could hire Mike, for other projects.

John was on time and the price was very reasonable. The work was performed very quickly and the clean up was good. Very professional and have referred them to others. Job was completed ahead of schedule.

I cannot say enough great things about John and the entire team at CalRep. The quality of the windows and the work was unbeatable. They went above and beyond to ensure that the finish product was outstanding!John made sure that we were happy with the product we chose and the install. I will certainly be referring all of my friends/family to CalRep!

The owner John McCain came out to give us an estimate. We originally wanted Milgard windows, but he suggested we try Simonton windows which have received great ratings from JD Powers the last few years. Since I didn't know anything about the brand I researched the company and found what John said to all be true. We ended up going with the Simonton and couldn't be happier with the quality. We got 10 windows, a double french door and a single french door. Some of the windows are VERY large, width and height wise, but the price was still very reasonable. Once we placed the order it took a few weeks before the windows came in and we scheduled installation. On installation day the crew was at our place first thing in the am and worked very hard the whole day. It took about two days to complete the whole job. The entire process was very easy and the company was fabulous to work with. We highly recommend them!

They have done a lot of work for us over the years. They are very professional. They show up on time and they do good quality.

We found them to be very pushy. They weren't offering any different service than we could get from someone else. We chose a different company.

I brought in a quote from another California Replacement Window company and they said that this quote was from a store in a different county. They gave me a hard time.
