They are very punctual. Their prices were very good. They came and did the job and were very professional. If I had any more windows I would use them again, but they just finished up the last windows today actually!

They went above and beyond. We tried to get some windows matched that we had in the house we didn?t know it would be very complicated. Juli was the one that help us. She sat down with us and went over the windows with us. She took all our info to see what she could do for us. She came back and got the exact windows we had. She actually only charged us what she said originally. They came out when they were suppose and got the work down on time. They were the best contractors we had out during our remodel on the house. They followed up with us and did warranty for the windows. They are the best company I have found on Angie?s List.

It worked out very well. They were very prompt, fast and did an outstanding job. I worked with Mike Cremisino and he did a very good job. They were efficient, clean and I would definitely use them again. Somebody came in and gave us a quote. From the time we got the quote to the actual work being done things were done in a timely manner and everything was very good. I have no complaints. We only had two or three bids and theirs was right in the ball park.

Great job! They showed up on time for the quote & installation. They were the lowest price. They did a clean, quick, quality job of installing on the day they said they would do it. They had to cut a couple of windows to larger sizes for safety and that was very clean as well. Very professional.

Could not have been happier. The first day they showed up on time......and it started to rain. The next day we had excessive winds but thet were able to start. This was the week before Thanksgiving. I was also having the patio covers replaced on the folloiwig Monday and Tuesday so there wasn't any time for delays. I had 13 windows and two patio doors replaced. The crew was profesional and the they did a wonderful job. They were able to get all the windows installed in the one day, and came back on Saturday to do some finish work. I believe that they went the extra mile to help out with the tight time schedule I had in place. I would highly recomend this company to anyone.

Initially stopped into the Anaheim showroom to inquire about replacement of the old aluminum frame windows and doors for our rental house. Julie, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me a general idea of product features and a rough estimate on cost. A few days later Jimmy met me at the house to do measurements for the 11 windows and 2 sliding patio doors. At this time he also gave me a formal price quote and explained further how the job would be done. Since it is a rental house I wanted the job to be done as efficiently as possible, with minimal disruption to our tenants. Soon after my meeting with Jimmy, I took my wife to the showroom and Julie helped again in further explaining products, etc relating to the job. During my research into this project, I met with and got quotes from other well regarded window replacement companies. I decided to go with California Replacement Windows because I found everyone there that I dealt with to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable and their prices to be very competitive. The day of the job, the crew, under the direction of Mike was on time, professional, efficient, knew their respective jobs, cleaned up well afterwards and finished in one day. My wife and I as well as our tenants are very happy with the job as well as with our new windows and doors.

The owner, Pat, came to my home explained the features of the new windows, their benefits, provided a detailed bid and answered all our questions. He is very thorough, professional and takes the time to ensure you are comfortable with the windows and his company. The installation was done by Mike and his assistant. Mike has been with Pat for 10 years and his assistant 5 years. They are very experienced and efficient. The installation was completed in 3 hours. The installed windows look terrific. Mike and his assistant cleaned the outside and inside of my house leaving my home looking cleaner than when they arrived. I strongly recommend Pat and his team

We had a total of 8 old, ugly windows that were neatly removed by CalRep, and per our request, replaced with one HUGE living room window (in place of three ugly old ones that were side-by-side) , two fixed bedroom windows, two sliding bedroom windows, and one kitchen window. The first experience we had was with the courteous office person who arranged for our appointment to measure and quote. Our salesman, Jimmy, showed up on time, and we discussed our options for window replacement. All new windows are double-pane, which is an energy saver. Jimmy suggested replacing the three living room windows with a single "tempered" window - a GREAT suggestion. The view of "all out-doors is amazing". We next met the head of the installation team - Mike - and he re-measured to make sure all was in order. Today the three men arrived as arranged, and in about 7 hours, all work was done and they hauled away the old windows. Mike and his team of 2 were courteous and draped everything inside to limit the debris and dust that is inevitable when removing ancient windows such as we had. They expertly installed all windows, and after completing the job, did a "white glove" clean up both inside and out. The contract cost mentioned above includes the city permit fee of $260.00. They pulled and posted the permit, and we will call for the final inspection next Monday. First of all, they came out for an estimate. Then we asked them to go ahead and they ordered the product from the factory. It was made to specifications and then installed. Their supervisor came out, looked at the job and took measurements. He told us what they would do and how much it would cost. We thought it was a reasonable figure because we had talked to other people in the past. He suggested that we also replace the framing wood around the door on the outside because it was becoming warped. So he said that his company could do that or if we wanted to we could purchase the wood from a retail chain and they would then install it, which we opted for. I think it saved us quite a bit of money. The installer was very good and very thorough. He spent a lot of time on fitting the door making sure it matched our specifications and wasn’t going to leak in rain storms because that was our problem with the prior door. Then he put sealant around it, brought a new threshold and installed the threshold. He put a lot of sealant around it and under it so that it wouldn’t leak. It hasn’t rained since then, so we don’t know really if it is going to leak, but I'm quite confident that its weather proof sealed. They are very good. The supervisor/job manager who came out has been doing the job for twenty years. He really seemed to know what he was talking about. He did point out some things that they would do. We talked about the door and the quality of the door. We wanted something that wouldn’t have to be replaced again in a short time. So we thought that he gave us a really good estimate. It wasn’t an attempt to oversell a more expensive door. It was a door that was just right for this area, but nothing too elaborate. The man who came out to do the job also did a very good job. He had also been on the job for many years and knew what he was doing. With regard to price, it was right in the ballpark. The time lag between the estimate and installation was necessary because it takes them three weeks to order the door. The door is made to specifications and it came from the factory. It wasn’t something they had in stock. Before we had something made of wood and Masonite. It had just not held up very well in the weather. This is supposed to be impervious to weather, rain and sunlight, so it's supposed to have a very long life. It was pretty easy to select the kind of door we wanted. He explained alternatives and this seemed to be the most reasonable for cost and efficiency without going overboard. We could have gotten a steel door, but that would have been $2000, and that was really not necessary. So far, we haven't had any issues at all with the door. Hopefully we won't; we have to wait for the first rain storm.

I have a wood patio cover which is constructed with 4x4" and 2x4" footers and headers. The cover sits approx 1" above the frames of three of the current windows and the sliding door leading to the backyard. My western facing backyard gets ridiculously hot during the Yorba Linda summer months and there is no desire to remove the patio cover -- even at the expense of not upgrading or short-changing the adjacent (original) inefficient windows. I brought pictures into Cal Rep and the folks there told me that it would probably be quite the challenge. They sent one of their senior installers and he evaluated and ultimately agreed -- the recommendation was to wait to do the windows until I was ready to redo the backyard (including patio cover) in a few years. Doing the windows now would have potentially introduced unwanted consequences and "if you are going to do the job, you obviously want it done right and in a way that makes you happy". None of the other companies offered this type of rationale. The rest basically said, "well, if you redo the backyard in a couple years, and you replace the current wood patio cover with something different and the windows we install today are then fully exposed... and you don't like the abbreviated fin at the top or if there is a leak or something else undesirable... we will come back and make it right". Me thinks it better to hear somebody advise to wait (at the expense of losing current business) than to hear somebody advise to go ahead and do the work and hope that it satisfies and if it doesn't, deal with the dissatisfaction on the back end. Just my two cents, but these guys were honest and straightforward during the bidding process and they have earned my business when we are able to do all the windows/door in a few years when we put the pool in and square away the backyard. Cal Rep did an incredible job. Their service representative was incredibly polite and quick in pricing the cost of replacing the windows in my home. He also provided the best price out of the three companies I had give me prices. They estimated it would take 3 weeks to have my windows created and ready to be installed but it only took 2. The installation crew was incredibly professional and efficient. I was told to expect up to two days of labor, but they completed everything in one day with time to spare. The installation crew was very polite and friendly, and went the extra mile when cleaning up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asks about windows.

They were really good. They had to come out couple of times to do some repairs around the window seals and they were out within 48 hours. They're great and I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job and gave us a good price. They got here when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to and they were nice. We were having a few problems getting the screens to lock and the manufacturers came out to make adjustments to the screens, but it's just the brand that has a few problems locking.

Each owner was very happy with the results - quality windows at a really good price. One of the owners' parents had their windows done a few years ago and recommended the company. There are several types of windows to choose from - we chose the Simonton windows, which have an excellent warranty. The parents have had minor problems over the years due to settling and report quick and cheerful warranty service. The crew arrived on time, prepared to work, with a large enough crew to do the job efficiently. Important plus - their crew had worked together for many years, which shows the company can keep its employees and the crew was well trained.

California replacement windows installers were on time, very good at keeping area as clean as possible and definitely cleaning afterwards. They installed new French Sliders and made sure they worked seamlessly. Very happy with the results. We will definitely use them again.

Wow, this was great service! I thought it was a little expensive, but they were here almost 6 hrs to remove 1 window, and replace with a new construction window. The installer, Mike, was just terrific with good attention to detail. I can now breathe a sigh of relief, that my old leaky window is gone! Old window was 10 years old, with a bad install, (not from Cal Window replacements). Apparently not enough glue at the top, Mike said. The finishing touches are what made the install so great!. The stucco repair looks like it is brand new, along with the drywall repair on the inside, plus I have a new window sill primed, and ready to get a final coat of paint. Mike even did stucco repair around my electrical panel. which I had replaced last summer. Now it looks great too! I liked them so much, I am getting an estimate for them to replace my window treatments with shutters.

It was a hassle-free experience from beginning to end. The initial consultation was scheduled at a convenient time, and was the lowest bid. A month later, my windows were installed (on a Saturday, so I didn't have to take time off work). Mike and his helper did a great job. The door ended up being pretty complicated due to some unorthodox building of the original door frame, but Mike kept working at it until it was right. Everything looks great!

Jimmy , our sales rep was very patient and went thru everything with great detail, and came back a second time with Joel before purchase , just to make sure we understood it all. We had a funky corner kitchen 1969 window with a lot of Bronze/gold finish, that we wanted to make sure that all of it was going to be covered nice and neatly. It looks great! The Team we had for install was awesome, it was a pleasure to see how they all worked together. I believe the lead was Auturo. We love our windows and sliders and recommend CalRep Anaheim location!
