Other than being about 45 minutes late, the work performed was excellent, they were efficient, answered all my questions and did a great job. Alex texted me about 35 minutes before the appointment time and said he would be late, which was very much appreciated and professional. Things happen and people run late. I will definitely hire BTE again next year for dryer vent cleaning and will probably add air vent cleaning as well.

Alejandro was very thorough cleaned all the ducts and added a bacteria removal spray as well abs cleaned out the dryer which was pretty bad and also went on the roof and took care of a clogged vent that was a possible fire hazard. Would highly recommend.

The vent was very old and in a very weird and awkward spot but he went the extra mile and some more to break up the concrete and he cleaned out all the lint that was in there but Alex is a very good guy and does his job very well with professionalism which from that experience he will be the man to call when I need his services.
