Description of Work: Alex from BTE was fantastic. He responded in very short time and was at my house in 30 mins! He cleaned my dryer vent in about 1 hours time. In his inspection of the tube, he found there was a hole that needed to be patched and he did that as well. 10/10 will hire again and will explore using his other services as well
