It went very smoothly and on time. He kept the the work area clean and did not make any mess.

They are very friendly. The quality of the cleaning is very good. They are show up on time. They are very personable; they call every few months to offer a discount. They also do chimney sweeping which we've them for in the past.

They did a fine job. They did things that they had to do. I would recommand them.

I used this company before to clean the dryer vent that clogged so bad that my clothes would not dry after over an hour. The technician was prompt and efficient. This is a condo and the dryer vent ran over the garage and he was able to figure out quickly and even though he had to do extra work because it looked like the vent had never been cleaned. There were at least 8 bags of lint if not more. He did not charge any extra service fee and took time to answer my question. There was no problem after the service. I used the service again since it's been three years and this time I added air duct cleaning. The company was flexible with the schedule, explained the price clearly, including price per vent. The technician arrived on time and took him a little over 3 hours to complete the work. Again, he was carefule with the furniture, took his shoes off when he saw that we do not wear shoes indoor. There was no surprise in terms of final bill and he did not try to add on or pressure me into getting additional services (happened to me more often than not). So I am very pleased with the overall experiences.
