Description of Work: I called this company for help with rat prevention because my neighbors are infested with rats. I need help with covering holes etc......The receptionist took my information and told me to expect a return phone call within 3-4 hours. The receiptionist also told me that the company specializes in helping people like me! I have not heard from them yet and it has been over 2 days. If I can't even get a return phone call back....how can I expect them to show up on time and do the work???? If they were busy, then a quick phone call explaining that they were busy would have worked.....meanwhile I have heard nothing and will not hire them to help me.
